After surgery, post op visits were extremely hurried, rescheduled several times, and I perceived a rudeness and arrogance that was not tolerable for me.

He was my dr with rocky mountain orthopedics and was awesome very personable and had great bed side manners

(All other staff were excellent). After looking at my scans, he said there nothing wrong he could find with the 6 year old labral tear I had been diagnosed with by several doctors. After I asked him how long he had worked after he dismissed the opinions of my personal doctor and others, saying that "he honestly didn't care what they had to think," he said "Don't insult me." I explained I was asking for more of his experience, and he insisted I was insulting him. He refused me service and I left.

My experience with Dr Schefdel was a please my one. He really explained to me the details of my situation and the different options I had. After I made a choice of treatment, he really supported my descision along with a thorough explanation of the surgery.

Dr Scheffel fixed a problem for me which another doctor could not fix. He is trained in the latest techniques. He listens well and gets to the point. The surgery was uneventful.
