I cannot say enough good things about Dr. McClellan. I had a difficult condition that others couldn't diagnose and she easily figured it out. She listens, she cares and I recommend her with my highest regard.Also, when I needed to get in quickly and couldn't see her, I have found the practice to have the same characteristics in other staff members. That is reassuring.

She is cold, insensitive, and unprofessional. I could write paragraphs about my dissatisfaction, but suffice it to say, my 18-year-old daughter went in for a vaccination and was subjected to a lecture about my blind eye because my abstinent daughter with morals is not on birth control. My daughter and I are very close, and I am not at all naive. When the time comes, she and I will deal with this issue. Stay in your lane, Dr. McClellan. Then she told my daughter that her weight is fine now but if she doesn’t stay on this path, she’ll be big one day. These might not have been her exact words, but this is the message my daughter heard. Why would you say such a thing to a young lady who is already worried enough about leaving for college and becoming an adult?! We are not all meant to be built like 10-year-old boys, Ms. McClellan. Seeing that nearly half of your reviews here are one-star, I wonder if you’ve turned a blind eye to your abilities or lack thereof. One star is far too generous.

Dr McClellan has been my primary physician for the past 6 years. She is a fantastic doctor! She’s very personable, very knowledgeable, and takes the time during each appointment to make sure I am taken care of and that all my questions are answered. I am a complicated patient as I have MS and other “issues” that I deal with. Dr. McClellan goes above and beyond and her wonderful medical assistant Alyssa is just as great. They are a great team and I would recommend Dr McClellan to anyone needing a primary care provider!

I have been seen by Dr. McClellan for about 3 years and adore her "spunky" attitude. She is quick with a response and thankfully I do not have to wait in the waiting room forever! If you like to have a provider who will treat you with respect and be honest with you, I recommend Vanessa!

Dr. McClellan is personable and knowledgeable. Every office visit with her has been a positive experience. I have been her patient for 3 years. Western Valley Family Practice is extremely patient oriented. I can ALWAYS get a timely appointment. The office staff is knowledgeable about filing insurance claims. Callbacks from nursing staff has always been prompt.
