She administered a nerve block to my dad. Zero issue & it helped immensely with his pain management after his amputation. She was friendly & informative prior to the procedure, as well. Great job!

Our daughter (who has Down syndrome) had abdominal surgery with anesthesia provided under the direction of Dr Olsen. Our daughter fights having a IV line put in her hand and therefore has to have this done after she is partially under in the operating room. She also normally has a very hard time recovering from the GA. However, this time she was very calm coming out of surgery and instead of being "out of it" she asked to go see Christmas lights before going home. Dr. Olsen was great!

Did my anesthesia for two thyroid surgeries. I had always thrown up after anesthesia in the past, but Dr. Olsen took an aggressive approach to prevention and I finally didn't throw up! Besides that, she is warm and caring and spent a lot of time with me.

Dr. Olsen is a caring, conscientious and skilled anesthesiologist. I have consistently felt very comfortable in her care. She takes the time to explain pain management options and makes sure that post-op recovery is as comfortable as possible.
