Would not recommend him. We waited 45 minutes passed our appt time and finally left. The assistant ran out to the elevator and said that just a 'consult' takes additional time and they were now ready for us. I have no idea what that means. My husband was scheduled for 2 cataract surgeries.....he obviously doesn't think a patient's time is important.

Dr. Meyer did cataract surgery on both of my and it was flawless and efficient. The doctor and staff and been kind and efficient. Dr. Meyer, taking heed of my blind parents, monitors my eyes carefully and refers me to specialists that are needed.

Dr. Meyer performed cataract surgery on both eyes in a two-week period. The entire experience was flawless and exceeded my expectations. I live more than 100 miles from his office and he and his staff were accommodating to my travel issues in scheduling the surgeries and follow-ups. I chose him over another recommended Dr. whose scheduling policy was quite rigid. Additionally I never waited in his office for more than ten minutes.

The doctor is fine - that is not the problem. The front office and billing department are so bad and think so narrowly that, as a professional, I can only opine that good help must be very hard to find. Pennywise and pound foolish, ignorant of any concept that the patients are clients, they finally drove me away and to another physician. And the doctors surely have no idea, but that is there problem - and no longer mine.
