I have lived here for a year now, & Iv had nothing but frustrations & difficulties with my continued medical care. I receive an injection every 3 months that does wonders for pretty serious medical condition. And I havnt even been able to get anyone to understand the importance of getting this injection on time. No one ever orders the medication on time, no one ever answers or calls me back, ever! Until I found Dr Thomas, & equally as important, Gina, her MA. Gina has been amazing with everything from day one. So kind, understanding, & always right on top of whatever Im needing. I was literally about to leave GMA for good, until I met them. Im SO happy Iv found such a great team. Its such a HUGE weight off not having to deal with such major stress regarding my health care.

She is very knowledgeable and professional. Office clean and friendly.

Dr. Thomas is wonderful. Very caring and thorough. Top rate all around.

I went to Dr. Thomas for several years. I experienced her to be a good Dr. However her front office employee leaves a lot to be desired as I have never been treated so rudely by a medical receptionist/staff person in my 80 years of life e.g. we arrived 30 min before my scheduled appointment that was confirmed on my voicemail only to learn that it was earlier than what was stated. I traveled over 75 miles one way to get to the office and was told that since I was late, I'd have to reschedule. There were no apologies or empathy demonstrated re: the confusion or miscommunication. I walked out. Another time, the same medical receptionist/staff person was supposed to contact me for a follow up appointment which never happened. As far as I'm concerned this is unacceptable behavior for anyone especially in a healthcare provider's office. Therefore, I discontinued my treatment w/ Dr. Thomas.

First rate care from Dr. Thomas! She is professional, personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to visit.

Hello Ms. Thomas, I wanted to bring something to your attention that you might be aware of. I called last week to make an appt. for my son for his acne, a 17 year old boy, and your office was on break for a week. I left a message during the week and then left a 2nd message the following week with a final call back at the end of the day on Monday. I tried to make a appt. but will have to wait for 5 weeks. Your VM indicates that you work M-Th. Maybe a suggestion would be to hire a PA for extra help in your office or perhaps work M-F to help with the long appt. schedule. Please keep in mind I am not trying to be difficult just trying to get in to see you. P.S. you are the only Derm. in our Blue Shield System in GWS. Very frustrated. Christine Anderson

I love Dr. Thomas because she is easy to talk to and is sympathetic to my needs. She explains things thoroughly so whenever I leave an appointment I feel like I have a good understanding of my treatment options. It is so nice having a reliable dermatologist in our small mountain community.

I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and went to a number of doctors before Dr. Thomas and had no luck. I am cleared up and feel better than I have in years. She is really nice and easy to talk to. I give her my biggest recommendation for anyone who wants to get better.
