I was contacted 2 days before a visit that I had waited 30 days for.....to say that my insurance was not accepted by this practice. They could have said that when I made the appointment.....but instead waited until 2 days before my visit. Beware of this office's practices. Dont let this happen to you.

This physician was brusk in attitude… I waited 2 and a half months for an appointment and when I asked him why he said because I’m a medicare patient..he was uninterested in looking at previous hospital and surgical records and did a quick and totally non thourough exam…was walking out the door when I was asking questions.. I would recommend that he takes his Hopkins diploma and put it where the sun don’t shine.

Literally the best ENT doctor/surgeon on the Earth. Complete and comprehensive care as well as an amazing bedside manner. Dr M is one of the few true healers left!! I had the sinuplasty surgery, which is an ordeal but he got me thru successfully. Unparalleled follow up care. In the office, Ann and Rachel are the best with guiding you thru everything.

Dr. Goodstein is a horrible ENT. He misdiagnosed my deviated septum and chronic sinusitis then pushed me into getting an unneeded operation on my sinuses, which did not fix the issue at hand. Then he wouldn't listen to me when I told him my symptoms and told me that I had a nerve issue. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra two hours down to Denver and see an ENT that truly cares about your wellbeing.

I can breathe again after many years of sinus issues that even brought on vertigo. So glad I found Dr. Goodstein when I moved back to the valley. He fixed my deviated septum and cleaned my sinus cavities. He is extremely professional, caring, and organized. Doctor Goodstein without any messing around saw the problem, fixed and gave my son his little life back. I was kind of clueless how sick tonsils and huge adenoids can make your kid so sick. Not to mention sleeping horrible, bogged down, and make your little kid a zombie. Do you know how much school my kid missed before we went to this office?? All I kept getting told was he had a virus or the flu?? I cant even believe all the changes I've seen in such a short time! Thank you Dr. Goodstein and Staff!!

Dr. Goodstein and his associates made themselves available to me on an emergency basis after I suddenly lost hearing in one ear. They took my situation very seriously and advised me to contact an Audiologist - Dr. Johnson immediately and from there Dr. Goodstein could get me in. What was so remarkable about my experience with Dr. Goodstein's office was that Rachel, the associate who took my initial call for help, was so empathetic and on a mission to get me treatment that I was able to receive immediate relief on that same day! I am so grateful to you all!

I’ve had three surgeries with Dr. Goodstein. Though many other doctors have provided both excellent care and after care- I would say that Dr Goodstein is the best physician with whom I’ve been fortunate enough to have caring for me under any circumstances.
