Noel E. Armstrong's Online Review Report Card

I went to a few foot Dr's for the sores on the bottom of my feet and they would say they are just calluses. They would shave the hard skin away and send me on my way. I finally made an appointment with Dr Armstrong and he shaved the hard skin off and then recommended having x-rays to find out what was causing the sores. He showed me the x-rays and said both of your little toes are dislocated. He recommended surgery to straighten them to take the pressure off the bottom of my feet. He is a very caring Dr and I highly recommend him. It took a while to get an appointment with him, but it was worth the wait.

Okay I just have to complain! Dr. Armstrong took away my beloved high heels shoes with threats that if continued to wear them I would padding his bank account with my next surgery! He did a brilliant job of putting my foot back together and I never had any pain after he rebuilt my foot. His staff is excellent and all are personable. The best part is they all treat you as if you are the only patient! Thank you

Do not go to him. Myself and a friend of mine were seriously injured by his surgery. He could offer no explanation. I was on crutches and not able to work for several years.

I do like Noel Armstrong, as I have had several visits with him over the past 5 years. However, the osteotomy he preformed on two of my metatarsals in 2020 seem to have both been overcorrected and have been troublesome due to this surgery. I actually had another surgeon out of the area help my one overcorrected osteotomy, not perfect but closer. Also, on the only toe which did not see surgery apparently was affected and now crosses under one of the toes which had the osteotomy, which will need to be corrected down the line. (1) Noel seemed rather confident and reassuring that he could fix all the issues with my toes, even though I was only having issues with one metatarsal. (2) Noel released me after the 90 Global Period with these issues, without a good plan for further care nor my consent that the surgery and aftercare was satisfactory. (3) I would say that there was not enough time in the office visits pre and post surgery to address the questions I had and the surgery specifics.

dr. Armstrong was great, he explained everything in terms we could understand, wonderful bedside manners the whole staff was so very professional. thankyou all

Simply the best foot person and I have been to many of them. Explained everything very well, very thorough. My feet feel great now.

I’d be looking for a different podiatrist if I were you. I’m a healthy person in his 50’s but under Noel’s care I journeyed from having just a stiff, arthritic toe to an unplanned foot amputation in no time at all! For me, Noels surgical outcomes were simply horrifying and my quality of life has tanked as a result. I now have to manage chronic pain and I no longer participate in any forms of joyful physical activities. I have him to thank for all that, including the personal financial destruction that followed. I definitely would not recommend this podiatrist.

Dr. Armstrong was supposed to repair the tendons on the outside of my right ankle. Instead he caused more damage to them and sewed the Peroneal nerve (that controls the foot) into the incision. From there it just got worse. He did a steriod shot into the tendon (I did not want it, but he would not do a referal). The shot ripped a tendon in my foot. I had to go to Golden, CO and spend $$$ and take lots of time off work. Dr. Armstrong did not care! THE WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!

Dr. Armstrong is an excellent physician! Prior to my surgery, he thoroughly explained everything about the procedure and the recovery. At each recovery phase post surgery all of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. He has a very personable bedside manner, a quick wit and just a very nice man. His knowledge and skill concerning my lapiscopy procedure was outstanding. Would definitely recommend him to others.
