Dr Desai is fantastic!! He operated on my knee to put a plate in to connect my tibia plateau back together where it was broke and he fused my toe so i can continue to run on the weekends. Very caring and explains everything thoroughly!!

After 10+ years of hip pain I am now totally pain free since my SI joint fusion performed by Dr. Desai. Recovery was incredibly fast - in under 2 weeks. I only wish I had selected Dr. Desai originally. Two (2) previous surgeries did not help.

I recently had Achilles's tendon repair surgery by Dr Desai. The surgery went perfectly. I found Dr Desai to be extremely warm and caring as well as a brilliant surgeon! He never makes you feel like you're asking dumb questions and gives you his full attention. I would highly recommend him!

Scam Alert, received a referral from primary care regarding a foot injury. First contact scheduled an appt. When I began to research the doctors name I learned the contacts name was actually an assistant. I called back and asked them to schedule me with a physician. They scheduled me with a Dr. Basai. Arrived for appt. and they immediately pressured me to take X-rays. I brought a copy of X-rays with me from an urgent care visit a few weeks earlier, and the assistant confirmed they had these on file. I explained the problem was a soft-tissue injury and nothing an X-ray could capture. The person said we need to check if there is a "stress fracture." Pure unmitigated B.S. I relented and waited for the doctor to arrive. Only to be greeted by another assistant who wanted to play doctor and tell me what I already knew - there was no fracture. I told this assistant I wanted to speak with Dr. Basai. Another considerable wait and Dr. Moron comes in and I show him the injury. Upon which he tells me I have a soft-tissue injury and would need an MRI to determine the extent. These people are scammers intent on driving revenue for their selfish, self-centered gratification. I left in disgust with their horrific communication and deceptive practices.

Dr. Desai explained everything to me in a manner I could understand help me participate in the decision making. I felt heard and I felt that I am soon to have a good resolution of my issues.

Love Dr. Desai. He took the time to explain what he will be doing for my foot surgery by thoroughly going over the CT scan and spending as much time with me as was necessary.

Dr Desai is very attentive during his time with us. Each question was answered with additional thorough educational information. Dr Desai gives you direct eye contact during every conversation. If he is on his computer he will stop immediately, turn his body towards you, if you ask him a question. His body language puts you at ease. Highly recommend Dr Desai.

Great and knowledgeable people. They were able to accommodate me once I was at the facility. The third party scheduling service irritated me enough for me to complain once I arrived at my appointment. The receptionist sent an email out about my complaint and that supervisor actually called me back and took care of the issue.
