I had abdominal hernia surgery. It went very well. Dr. Baer has a kind manner and is easy to talk to. I have another surgery that I’m going to ask him to do. I highly recommend him.

Dr Baer left me immediately after a more extensive surgery in a large hospital where I woke up and was NOT given real pain medication via IV for at least an hour. they were practicing on me with fentanyl which did NOT work on my post op pain. I was in agony. they refused to give me the drug that works for me in high enough doses to stop my post op agony. they refused to get me a surgeon to evaluate me. My spouse asked for a surgeon and they refused to get one. they never too any responsibility for the torture they put me through. they covered up everything. I am now unable to have other procedures thanks to the terror that this hospital in Englewood caused all over their experimentation on patients instead of using safe and well proven pain medication that works, like dilaudid. they refused to help me all for their ideology. Dr Baer should NEVER have left me alone. I am so traumatized we are planning on leaving the country since we clearly have no proper medical system anymore.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Baer and his staff. Dr. Baer is thorough and kind. His staff is warm and you don't feel like you are being rushed. Everyone is willing to take the time to answer questions and explain procedures and next steps. I would recommend Dr. Baer and his staff to anyone in need of a surgical procedure.
