List of Denver West Clinic Primary Care's Reviews
I don’t typically leave reviews but I don’t feel the current rating is an accurate representation of this clinic. I have a plethora of chronic health issues and I have struggled to feel heard and cared for in the past. Everyone I have seen at this clinic has been kind and attentive. I have felt seen and heard here. I also love calling and talking to a real person. When I have had concerns they have found a way to get me seen. Thank you!
I love the Dr Turner and the nurse was wonderful! My arm hurt a lot from having my blood drawn, for over 24 hours. Ive never had that happen before. Anne was very non communicative as well. Made me feel uncomfortable.
I LOVE LOVE MY DR. MY VISIT WAS GREAT THANK YOU SO MUCH
Dr.Stellman is wonderful!!
I don’t typically leave reviews, but I don’t feel like the current rating is an accurate representation of this office at all. I have been going to this office for about a month, and I’ve had a great experience. I see Dr. Turner. She is incredibly thorough and kind. I saw her on Monday because I was having some pressure in the back of my head. She checked everything she could think of and found nothing wrong with me, so ordered some CT scans. She told me she was determined to figure it out. I had the scans yesterday at 4:30 pm, and this morning at 5:30 I already had a message from Dr. Turner with the results. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place!
I have been going to this location for 4 years. I made an appointment online for an annual preventive care check-up. Looking back in my portal history, the doctor office had the appointment as "office visit" since 2021, so I made the same appointment with the note saying, "annual preventive care checkup." When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I made the wrong appointment and the staff should have caught my note before my appointment, but they didn't. I had to reschedule it, which wasted my time because I had to leave work for the appointment. In the past, I scheduled for physical, and I got a call to change it to the office visit. I am very disappointed how the doctor office handles this simple appointment. Very confusing.
May, Kathleen Morin, NP is my new PCP. She is a great listener and really cares.
Went fine for me. Pretty good doc. Good online software.
09-19-23: whoever it is working, the front desk right now @ 1:35pm, she is very unprofessional. It was clearly a social visit between herself, and some other lady on the other side of the counter, they were whispering between each other in a social manner laughing and chatting with absolutely no acknowledgment of my existence in the room. Not even a simple, “I’ll be with you in a moment”. Absolutely nothing. That’s all I needed to experience to turn around and walk out of this place for forever. Dr. Fish Landrum who was my Mom‘s doctor for many years before I found my Mom passed away two years ago. It would have been nice to have been able to continue my primary healthcare with a familiar doctor who has much of my family history, but it didn’t take me long to get a bad gut feeling and realize that I was not where I should be and that I should turn around and walk out of that office which I did. I was the only other person in the room besides the lady on my side of the counter who was clearly having social time with the lady on the other side, without any regard for my existence, or the fact that I was turning around and leaving the room after standing there waiting for several minutes. It is clear to me, now, why this place of business is getting such low ratings, in part.
Took my Grandmother in law here to get a paper signed for her eye appointment. We were told they would fax the paperwork over to her eye doctor. They didn't. We went here June 10th. And they never received the faxed paperwork. Why tell us you're going to do this when you're not? Very upsetting for a doctor's office. Do better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
