List of MIchael Fuller's Reviews
Dr Fuller is an excellent surgeon. I have had my knee operated on by him and now my shoulder. He is very patient, explains everything in detail and in terms I can understand. He answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed. He has great bedside manner. My knee surgery went great and I asked to see him again when I discovered I had a torn rotator cuff. He is very competent, attentive and kind. I would recommend him for any orthopedic procedure that he treats. He will not recommend surgery unless it is absolutely needed.
I saw Dr. Fuller for a surgical consult for my ruptured bicep tendon. He was very interested in the history of injuries to my shoulder/bicep. He had a good illustration of the shoulder and arm to reference as we discussed my injury. Together with analyzing the imaging of the area, he was able to give me a timeline of how the tendon had deteriorated over the course of about 20 years and the final tendon rupture over the course of two recreational ice hockey games. He recommended a non-surgical path forward at this time with exercise and occasional cortisone injections. If that discussed treatment doesn't work, he left open the possibility of surgical options in the future. I left the consult knowing exactly what was going on with my shoulder and arm. No more mysteries!
Dr Fuller is compassionate, kind and a highly educated provider. He understands the issue and the underlying cause. If you have issues with your knee I highly recommend Dr Fuller to get your life back! He also understands EDS and treats it effectively for complete stops to dislocated joints! Thanks Dr Fuller for being the best of the best with a heart of gold and a smile! The only doctor my family sees for our issues.
My experience with Dr Fuller has been the only upside to having a broken arm. Before surgery I had a blood clot in my arm and was freaking out, I had a stroke almost 2yrs ago and was terrified of having an other one. After a 5hr visit in emergency room the night before surgery, and basically being told that I was crazy, and a negative result put in my chart, even though the clot could physically be felt by the nurses and drs. it wasn't seen on ultrasound . Dr Fuller was the first one to not only acknowledge it, but completely calmed me and my freak out down before going into surgery. His putting plate on my forearm has been healing well enough that I haven't needed any pain management, and I've been able to get back to work sooner than if I had casted it. The scar is minimal, and straight, I thought at first I was going to have a Frankenstein scar. Thank you Dr Fuller, and staff.
Dr Fuller was very patient with my frustration over my knee. He listened to my concerns, but was honest with what needs to be done and my options.
Dr Fuller is a great orthopedic provider. He listens to my concerns, takes a thoughtful realistic treatment approach to an orthopedic issue and did a great job fixing my shoulder when surgery was needed. I highly recommend Dr Fuller for your orthopedic needs.
This is my first visit. He couldn't believe that my previous orthopedic surgeon didn't recommend surgery 2 years ago! Getting a new MRI soon to prepare for surgery
Personable, competent, well researched and up to date on new developments in his field. Always willing to listen and then make his recommendations. Great atmosphere in the clinic too.
My 2nd rotator cuff repair with Dr. Fuller. Surgery was Jan. 2023 so I am 7 weeks in and everything going very well! Still many PT sessions to come but in the end shoulder will be perfect! Left rotator cuff surgery was in 2019. My shoulder feels and functions like in did in my earlier years! Couldn’t be happier!
Dr. Fuller has performed surgery on both of my shoulders to repair damage to the rotator cuff. I am very satisfied with the results of both.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
