I had a test with Dr Horner, and it went well. However, the first visit I had, the office scheduled me on his non-procedure day. So that was a completely wasted trip. Then a few days later after my test, the results were supposed to be sent to my back doctor. Ended up taking 3 weeks. Calls to the care team to have the results forwarded to my doctor went unanswered. Even my back doctor called and couldn’t get a response. Had another wasted trip to my back doctor the week after the test because he didn’t have the test results. Pretty unacceptable.

Second time around with panorama and Dr Horner. Very happy with the service I’ve received there. Unfortunately, I’ll probably be back again with future issues. Thanks!!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Horner regarding an ongoing intermittent sciatica problem that I have been suffering with for about 3 years. I was suffering from bad pain running down my left leg at the time of my appointment. I felt like the non-surgical option would be the place to start which is supposed to be Dr. Horner's specialty. He was late to the appointment and spent less than 10 minutes with me. He basically told me there wasn't much he could do for me but I could go see a physical therapist if I wanted to. For this he charged me $280. He told me if the pain continued that I could come back and see him again. Based on the fact that he didn't offer me a single option this time, other than PT, why would I even consider another appointment with him? I have been a patient at Panorama for over 20 years and this is the first time I have had a completely negative experience. My next appointment will be with one of the surgeons.

Dr. H Is straight forward and clear on your diagnosis and treatment options. I felt his advice was practical. I got an injection which provided almost immediate relief, following up with physical therapy. Very happy with care at this point.

Panorama has great doctors, but their front office admin is horrible. They do not follow up on actions. They left me sitting in the office waiting for a referral until I walked out to inquire, only to learn they had dropped it on the floor and then forgot about me. You can never reach them on the phone. I'm still waiting on a prescription they were supposed to submit for my back pain. If you have other options for quality care, I recommend pursuing those.

dr horner was quick and experienced with my cortisone shot in my hip. all is good in the town of misfit toys…..
