New West Physicians's Online Review Report Card

They are unable to process any insurance claims. I have an outstanding bill for my daughters wellness visit where she received her annual vaccinations. They coded this as a procedure, therefore my insurance would not pay. I asked them to recode and resubmit, they said they would…instead they sent my invoice to collections. Total headache.

Truly awful. My appointment last year with Wendy Quiles was the worst checkup experience of my entire life and I've just been avoiding care since. I've suffered from an eating disorder for almost my entire life and she spent the entire appointment discussing my weight, it was so triggering and so uncomfortable. I asked for a referral to an OBGYN, she never bothered to get back to me. My psychiatrist through this location is alright, but she has consistently mixed me up with another patient that has a similar name. Huge HIPPA issue. It takes several days to have a prescription called in, you can never get anyone on the phone, and they make it nearly impossible to set an appointment.

I don't understand their scheduling system. You would think they would save appointments for day of, but instead they advise going to an urgent care. Doesn't matter if you call when they first open. And being able to see the same provider is out of the question. My mom recently saw Sara & was told to get an x-ray for a toe injury. When she returned for a follow-up appt as instructed, she was scheduled with a different PA who was incredibly rude & questioned my mother on why she had an x-ray done in the first place. I agree that an x-ray was probably unnecessary but I recommend better communication between your fellow providers rather than blaming the patient for a coworker's poor judgement.

Not sure how google reviews and Yelp reviews are so different. Yelp reflects the true level of care provided at this office. I was billed wrong, tried to call and I’ve been on hold for over an hour and have yet to talk to anyone. Customer service is non-existent. Better hope they get your bill right or your in for a long hold time.

The staff at New West Physicians is both friendly and knowledgeable. They always get me in same or next day when I need to, and see me in a timely manner once I arrive. Grateful to have them on my wellness team!

I love Dr Delorenzo and Jennifer they are professional and great.

The front desk and receptionists are not quick or helpful. It consistently takes 10-15 minutes to even speak to someone about scheduling an appointment. The recording says to call the office before going to an ER or urgent care. Could be treated by either before getting through to a receptionist. Also the confirmation text for the appointment says to arrive 15 minutes early but when we did we were turned away for being too early for the appointment. This confusion and runaround is incredibly aggravating. That said, Sara Buros is the reason I continue to use this location. She is an amazing provider who actually listens and gets results for chronic conditions.

20 minute hold times just to speak to a very rude receptionist who continuously spoke over me while I was trying to discuss the options to become a new patent

The entire clinic is compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend New West Physicians @ Denver West to any family member or friend. Dr. Rydberg is top notch and Im so fortunate to have him as my physician.
