My daughter and I saw this doctor after our pediatrician left the office. I asked some questions and she got completely off topic, did not answer anything I asked, but rather ended up calling her chubby to her face and telling me it would be ok if she didn’t eat. She’s 4. She’s in the lower 40% for weight. And even if she weren’t, this was such an offensive thing to say. I am furious.

Dr. Jantzer has been my child's pediatrician since he was born. She knows him, she listens to him, and she's super personable and has a reasonable approach to medical care.

She didn't listen to my concerns for my child. Then my child has PTSD really bad from health issues. My child was upset and anxious to take a pill and she forced his mouth open and shoved a pill In his mouth ! My child was crying and she held my child's mouth closed and told him it tastes gross but your fine just do it and when she said it she said it in an aggravated voice. Now my child has even more anxiety and issues with doctors from this expirence. I don't recommend anyone seeing her at all. She is so inprofessional !

We just left this doctor’s office and I have to say it was easily the worst medical experience of my life. My husband and I took our daughter for answers for our daughter who’s been sick for five days with 101+ temp. (She was seen earlier in the week twice by other doctors at this facility and she wasn’t getting better.) First, Dr. Jantzer tells me that ear thermometers don’t work - even though they use them there - and so I should be concerned that my little girl had a 104.5 degree temp a couple days previous. It went downhill from there. Everything I said, she refuted and fought me every step of the way telling me All sorts of things that didn’t apply. Never even looked or touched my daughter. She’s a joke. She’s a waste of time and energy. Save yours and see someone else.

Dr. Jantzer has been very thorough and caring during my little boys health problem. I have never in 9 years of parenting had a doctor call me unexpectedly to check into see how my son is doing. Usually, if lucky, a nurse or office person would call but never the M.D. my son has been treated by 4 pediatricians in 2 States and she by far has the best bedside manner. She has also collaborated with other physicians and specialists in a speedy manner to ensure my son is seen as soon as possible. She has been very much appreciated.
