The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The resident that I visited today expressed that her caregivers were compassionate and that she is very well cared for. What more could a family member ask for her loved one? I am very happy with what (the resident) she said!

I used to work here and was shocked and appaled by how low the morale was. They don't have great nurses working there. Some of the staff is rude, while working there the some of the nurses had poor communication and i saw just how biased some of the staff were when I mentioned some of the issues.

Absolutely awful facility! My grandmother was here for a while. Not only was the staff beyond rude but everytime we visited she had a new bruise/injury!! The nurses would say she had "fallen" and if that is the case, with how many injuries she's received since her arrival, there is 100% neglect on the part of the staff! Be prepared to be talked down to and basically fight with the staff in order to see your loved ones if you decide to use this facility! I highly, highly recommend finding a different facility as Eagle ridge is far from competent! You've been warned!!

My Mom is living in this facility. She is well cared for and looks so good and much more healthy under their watchful eyes. Thanks for all you do Eagle Ridge!

Very poor, inexperienced nurse and faculty. No covid precautions are being taken. No one wears masks in the building. No one at this facility cares about the patients paying to live there. Such a bad business and should be shut down immediately and for good!!

the workers at this facility dropped my 94yr old Grandmother and broke her hip on 10/31/20 she was in hospice afterwards amd passed away 01/26/21 had she NOT been dropped she would still be here with us. This place is poor on communication with family and ignored my Grandmother when she was in pain after being dropped!!!!!
