Did you know you can cure your High Blood pressure by loosing weight and exercising and you are healed regardless of any other heart issues. It is true. He said so. Did not even look at the test results. Not worth it. Unprofessional, God syndrome. No, no, no.

I was very impressed with the time Dr. Aranda took during my mom's annual exam. He was thorough and invited further questions, and was great with my mom, who has dementia.

I was accused of doing stimulant drugs and diet pills without doing a drug screen; which is tantamount to skinny-shaming. He blew off the one question I was able to ask, and his response shows he had zero knowledge of the condition my PCP instructed me to ask about. Everything he instructed me to do goes against recent research and evidence based medicine. He also criticized my diet without even consulting me about what I eat and criticized me for wearing a mask even though I have influenza A.
