Dr. Madrid is THE BEST PCP I have ever had. He takes time to really understand what you may be experiencing/what your concerns are and works with you to find the best solution. I feel so so lucky that I was able to get on his service! 10/10!!!!

Dr. Glenn Madrid and his staff have been our family physician for years. They all are so caring, concerned, courteous, respectful and friendly. We have often said we hope Dr. Madrid doesn't retire until after we've passed on! The entire office feels like family!

At times physician is impatient with me; condesending; disgusted with me because I can't lose weight. Does not understand how hard it can be to lose weight. I am now afraid to make an appointment with him due to his attitude about my weight.

Dr Madrid and his PA, Jamie, are the best. You can ask your questions and get real explanations. They care about how you feel -- REALLY care. Dr Madrid has been our primary for 17 years (he must have been a baby when we started seeing him) and the family joke is "he walks on water!" He is that good.
