Was lied to about me having a $500 deductible! My deductible is $2000. Talked to my insurance, come to find out Mack failed to bill my insurance on time! Now they refuse to fill my insulin, inhalers, and other vital medications! Watch out people, look elsewhere for a Dr.!!!!

Dr Lu is a wonderful MD. You cannot get better PCP. She's tops.

I would not recommend Dr.Lu. The office is very old and smelly. The receptionist guy is not pleasant to talk to. Quite rude actually, and Dr. Lu is never available when you need her to be. It’s at her convenience not yours!

Lu Honglan MD? Is the worst, she abuse me verbally; scream off me, the DRS at the ER they are not good, the they are no Drs. My blood pressure was over 200 hundred, so I went to the ER one off her group Drs toll me to do that. She got so upset with me, I thought she was going to punch me. terrible, terrible person, terrible DR.

I would not recommend this dr. The receptionist guy is the worst! And the building is very old and grungy. It's smells like an old basement. She is very out of the way and hard to get into if you need her right away!

Dr. Lu is a good choice for a family practitioner. Very friendly as whole office staff is. Prices are inline with medical field, insurance taken, and she is very knowledgeable.
