Kate is always kind and understanding. As have been her staff. She follows up after new treatments are started. She takes the time to listen. She is very down to earth and caring. I would absolutely recommend her again.

I have been a patient for about 7 years and in all that time she has offered little help in the way of suggesting other medication that might work better, or what options I had in dealing with my disease. I find her shallow and coasting as a professional.

Dr. Pierce is a horrible doctor, today I called her office and described my symtoms to the receptionist. Some of the symptoms are similar to covid but not all of them. They scheduled my appointment for Dr. Pierce. When I told her my symptoms including severe left side pain she began scolding me that I am why covid keeps spreading. When I told her I had given my symptons to the front desk she told me I was a "liar". She said her staff was "terrified" to catch the virus. Yet when she told me to leave she had me go to the front desk to check out. Dr. Pierce was out of control. She had zero professionalism, or compassion. I am sure she and her staff have had at least one dose of the vaccine if not both. For the record I am negative for covid. If she and her staff are that afraid of catching the virus perhaps they should stay home or get out of the medical field.

In two appointments, she was focused on my health and concerns and spent as much time with me as we needed. Her nurse also was very attentive and helpful. I have seen Dr Pierce for almost 16 years now, even when she was at a diff practice. I love that she is approachable, easy to talk to and willing to look at options. I love her office it is small, clean (I do not feel like I am walking into a germ fest - which is impt to me with little kids) and family focused. I find it easy to make an appt, even last minute ones for illness, and would highly recommend Juniper Family Medicine. The staff are very good with kids!

Dr Pierce sees my kiddos and is always great with them. I often speak of her to friends and refer them to the office. I would not refer if I did not feel confident her her care. One of my kids was born 3 months early, I asked Dr Pierce if she would be his doc and she was upfront that she did not have extensive experience with micro preemies, but would reach out should we need assistance as long as i was comfortable with it. We were fortunate that our little one was very stable and healthy.
