I have experience working with Robin Levitt, MA, NLC, LPCC from a professional perspective. In my time knowing Robin, I have seen how compassionate and caring she is for her work and the people she works with. She has a kind heart and is very skilled professionally. She is helpful when other members of the community need personal and professional support. I can't recommend her enough -- for people seeking help as well as therapists in the area looking to make a referral to Robin and the Lotus Counseling center.

My 16 year old was seeing Robin before they got a job but since they didn’t have control over their schedule and had to reschedule a couple times. My child text Robin to let her know they needed to reschedule (Robin made a point to tell my child they could text her, I thought she may be sympathetic and have a small conversation) and asked for an earlier time so they could go regularly. The response to my CHILD was rude and made them feel 2 inches tall and now they feel seeing her again is more stress than the benefit of talking to her! We will NEVER be back and will seek a better professional who actually cares! I’m completely appalled by the unprofessionalism Robin displayed to a teenager trying to seek help with some anxiety and depression issues.

If you just need someone to talk to for an hour, Laura is great. If you want to learn coping mechanisms, find answers, figure out whether medication would be a good option and what kind you need, connect with an individual who cares for your safety as a professional, learn what triggers your anxiety and depression, or try and solve any emotional issues, I'd recommend someone else.I had to cancel an appointment because I was sick. She told me she would get back to me after she looked at her schedule. She never got back to me. On our first session I wanted help with medication, as in what ones to try, what might work, and what I need. Nothing. First session, I said I wanted to learn how to cope with my anxiety. After almost a dozen sessions, nothing. It was just a place to kill an hour. I don't know about the other individuals who work there, but if you have serious issues like ideation and anxiety that keeps you from living your best life, you might want to look elsewhere.

Robin is wonderful. The office is easy to locate. Upon entering atmosphere is very welcoming. With more than one therapist there us the availability to find the right fit.

I highly recommended Bret. He helped me sort through a tough time in my life, and offered new ways of dealing with my situation. I feel like Bret listens and hears everything I say.

Working with Krista has changed my life for the better. I would recommend her to any looking for a counselor.
