List of MIchael J. Murray's Reviews
Staff is rude! Very unprofessional. Was not impressed with MD. They took 4 weeks to get back to us, to return a phone call. Not impressed and would not refer anyone to them
He was knowledgable, attentive and efficient. He answered all my questions. I was very impressed with my first visit.
Money, it’s all about money not your health. Staff is rude any it takes a long time to get them to return a call. Unprofessional doesn’t really cover it.
Worst experience ever with this doctor's office. At the first appointment I was switched without my knowledge to a different doctor who was unable to do the test requested. They sent me home with a home kit test which was sent back, but they never called to provide results. After following up several times they finally returned my call to say they lost it. Seven months I again followed up to request a test upon which they sent the wrong one (which I did not know) and am now being charged for a genetic test I did not request. They also provided antibiotics which I had an allergic reaction to and ended up in the emergency room. When I called to let them know I left a message and there was no follow up. I am currently fighting the bill for the genetic test and they are of no assistance. They sent me to a billing executive which went to voice mail, and the voice mail is full and will not accept messages. There has not been thing that has gone smoothly with this office. One year later I am no further along in a diagnosis but have hefty bills. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR"S OFFICE!
What a wonderful caring doctor. I have met several doctors since moving to Colorado. I have to say that Dr. Murray is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable, and personable doctors I have ever met. His office is very busy so I can expect some wait time to get in to see him but Dr. Murray made up for the wait. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Murray and the staff have provided the best care I have ever received for urological issues. Problems are explained clearly by Dr. Murray as are potential solutions. In office procedures have been handled very professionally.
Dr. Murray is, IMHO, an excellent surgeon/urologist. He has performed a few procedures on me & they turned out well. I trust him and recommend him. However, his staff, the people who make appointments and those supposed to return calls are not so good. I have waited over 3 weeks for a return call to schedule a surgery. Also have appointments that have disappeared from their schedule when I arrive. Then they can't "squeeze" me in, only offer another appt weeks to months out. Good doc, bad staff.
Hi, this was a very qualified dr. With that said, he knew before my surgery that I could not pay and did not have insurance. 3 days after my surgery his business manager called me in to sign a promissory note for over 380.00 a month amoritized at 8 per cent for 5 years. I told her I had to make small payments. They would not accept. I am currently selling my USDA home and they put a lien on it which will take the small amount of proceeds that I would have gotten. So much for health care for the poor.
3 months of inccorect scheduling for cancer treatment- A total joke of a clinic
He was very kind, looked me in the eye. Really cared about me and was very detailed. Told me everything about the process and made sure I understood and was okay with it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
