I’ve taken my father in law here twice and both times everyone was patient, kind and helpful. My first time there was to get new hearing aids fitted and set up for the father in law. 3 months later we went back for a follow up appointment. All our questions were answered well, we even got a walk through of the hearing aid app and set up of different noise modes. Hearing aids are expensive and they seem to treat people knowing that they are making quite an investment. We really couldn’t ask for much more. 5 stars.

HORRIBLE PLACE. New owners took over month of excuses of not being able to order hearing aid which paperwork stated $2000 limit today she blamed everyone else but herself for not being knowledgeable an last nite at 810pm her husband called me to give excuses as well saying my insurance is a pain to work with. I told her today after 1hr of waiting n her saying I wanted prices n product info emailed to me I said NO I DIDNT u need it not me. I found out these ppl don't know what their doing an there's a history with prior owner that made him sell company do ur research on Scott old owner n new owners shady Stuff PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

Do not shop here. We went here for 20 + years and not they was bought out by people who are just in it for the money!!! We took my grandpa hearing aid to them to have the as they call (sender) replaced on one ear. First he called they said we had to make a appointment first. We could not yesterday drop it off. Then when showed up the keep us weighting 30 min passed the time. Then a rude man came out say we just needed to leave it there and maby they look later for a part. After we said he'll no you just wasting our time he buraded us the show we have to send it out to mang. to see if they fix it. We asked ok how much $$$ because in past it was 50 to 80. We new old owner so sometimes we got it for even less. They said $$$285 min for parts. No way we took our self to other way better store. They even tried to show us a chart to show we had a cheep aid at $3800 and we needed a 6000 or 7000 one with out even asking if he needed a hearing test. He'll no just in it for money. Trust me $3000 to 7000 is a lot of money!!! Find a better place to spend it who will care and help you. They will not!!!
