Seth Turner's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Turner is a superb clinician with an excellent way with patients. He listens well and obviously cares about his patients. Not sure what happened with the 2 negative reviewers; the staff has always been courteous and kind to me.

Showed up on time to have my annual. The the check-in process is so slow that the people in front of me used up the 10 minute window that has been set in iron. I was told that I had to set up a new appointment and that I could not see the doctor. My morning was wasted and another morning will be wasted because of the slow process and poor performance of the front office. Their professionalism and expertise is just pathetic. My wife asked for a appointment Monday through Wednesday and they gave her a Friday appointment. That Friday appointment is in the future and I have had two appointments set up during the Monday Tuesday Wednesday that my wife requested. I'm so very unhappy with the service and non-human way of dealing with the situation. After I made a new appointment the automated system sent me another text saying that I needed to set up an appointment. So I had to call again and say what's going on. On hold for another 10 minutes. And of course the office manager is not available. No problem for them their job continues.

I was kicked out from my annual visit schedule because the front office was too slow in processing the people in front of me. I exceeded the 10-minute window by a few seconds because of their slowness with the people in front of me I was there on time.

Dr Turner is awesome. He is listened to me even sometimes I spoke not really clear because my accent and Shelly is nice ,awesome . March 22 is my last day to see him n Shelly. I really recommend him to be primary doctor. Thanks for helping me.

Today I met Dr Turner. I was really depressed walking in because I have a huge amount of health issues and alot of the times I feel like more of a pain to doctors, and also I prefer to stick with what I know has so far worked for me. I told him my list of overwhelming issues and how it's starting to wear on me. He was absolutely amazing. He listened, he paid attention and he didnt make me feel judged. I left there feeling heard and that alone helped get rid of my fears and depression and suddenly I'm feeling more optimistic that I will be able to manage myself in the future. He has an amazing bedside manner and is super kind. All I can say is thank you, you have no idea how hard life can be when you suffer silently too long. I feel like I finally have an amazing team of doctors who will get me to the best me I can be. I one hundred percent recommend him!

Terrible customer service at Western Colorado Physicians Group the place he works at. No way else to contact him except through the bad receptionist service. There should be another way to contact him specifically even if through email but he does not seem to provide any other way to contact him. Waiting time for someone to answer is to terribly long and not only that but the receptionist gave me throng information about my appointment.

Dr. Turner is awesome! Totally listened to me and my needs. Very cordial and not condescending in the least. He was empathetic and ushered me accordingly. I would highly recommend!
