Dr. Ingersoll is amazing. Very professional and explains things well. I have struggled with acne for a couple of years now and he decided to put me on acutane. I have seen results fast and side effects have not been terrible. Side effects I have experienced have been spoken about and be always has some suggestion to make it better. My only issue is the clinic he works at, Epiphany Dermatology. They fail to return calls and the front desk ladies are somewhat rude. I am considering to switch dermatologist for this reason, which I hate to do because Dr. Ingersoll is so professional.
