Another Banner fail. If you want your surgery cancelled here is the place to go or any of the other Banner facilities.I know they could reschedule my surgery for Friday but they keep saying they cannot. My surgery has been postponed 2 times , you would think someone would do something to make sure I am getting the care I need. Nope not here. If my insurance would let me go elsewhere I would. First time cancelled a week before and today 4 hours before; good job Banner.Really a no star review.I sent an email and still haven't heard from anyone. This is so typical .

Husband had knee replacement surgery - everyone was pleasant, compassionate, and efficient. Excellent care. Thank you, Dr. Sides and team!

I was very nervous about my procedure but everyone there was very attentive and treated me very well. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were gentle and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and felt good about everything. I highly recommend this place for all your procedures.

From the moment I walked into the facility until the moment I left, every staff member at this facility were amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel as a valued patient, not just a number! Thank you Kaci and your staff for being awesome!

They changed the time of my surgery 4 different times and did not call to inform me. I found out through pre surgery lab testing about the time change the first time then called to verify if it was true and it was and question why I wasn't informed . .no one has any idea why I wasn't. So I decided to call to double check a couple more times before surgery and the time had yet changed again, NO ONE INFORMED ME . I CALLED DAY OF SURGERY THE TIME HAD CHANGED AGAIN, NO ONE I FORMED ME. I suggest whoever is supposed to be the one handling scheduling and making calls should be fired ! I would have missed my surgery if I had not called the day of.

Hubby needed to have a procedure. Plenty of parking. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a kind face. Hubby was taken back right away. I had to wait till he was ready then I got to go back with him. The procedure did turn into surgery but everything went smooth and quick. The doctor was great. Smoothest procedure ever and I've worked in surgery. Highly recommend
