Great and friendly staff

The staff and nurses went out of their way when they made our wedding anniversary special with cake and balloons only typical of the wonderful care provided at Fair Acres

I have a family member there. She has been in places such as this for the last several years.I say “such places” because as far as I can tell THIS place is the best of all of them, by a country mile.It’s clean. The staff is very friendly. Most importantly, it’s busy but calm. No chaos? In an assisted living environment? Surely you jest?I do not. And don’t call me Shirley.The common area hosts vending machines and a person behind a bar-like structure. As people come and go, on foot, with walkers or wheelchairs, almost everyone smiles and says hello. There is easy access to puzzles, games, lots of books…If I ever have to go to a place “such as this,” I hope it is like this.

The building is unassuming and the equipment isn’t as fancy as at the big hospitals, but everything works as it’s supposed to, and the facilities aren’t everything. The staff at FairAcres is beyond amazing. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my loved one here knowing that she would be very well cared for. They even had someone come in and cut her hair while she was there! We’ve had bad experiences with other facilities, but Fair Acres blew us away and I would highly recommend looking past appearances and seeing what the staff here has to offer. They are truly impressive.

We placed my husbands parents here because we believed it was the best nursing home in greeley.  They could no longer care for themselves at home.The whole covid situation had been going on for 6mo.  So they were quarantined for a month.  We could only visit through the window.  My father inlaw opened the window.  The RN came in and yanked him away and began berating him... They both received the covid vaccine and booster as a condition of the stay.We went to visit through the window frequently... 2weeks after receiving the vaccines they were in bed all day.  My mother in law was jaundiced and my father in law was just laying bed with his hands drawn up day after day.He died shortly after of previously on diagnosis illness'.  My mother in law was diagnosed with severe anemia and kidney failure...previously undiagnosed.  We came from out of town....they placed my mother in law in a private room when her condition deteriorated so my husbands could visit her.  When he arrived they said they had forgotten about her and she had not had fluids or medicine for two days.  He offered her water and food and her condition improved.. but she some passed away.My husband was labled by the administration and some staff a confrontational because he was trying to get care for his parents...

Everyone that works there are all very polite and respectful every time I come visit my mother. Have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.

This place has caring and compassionate staff who took the best care of my mom, and later my dad. Even though the building isn’t the fanciest like some of the others in town, I know the care given was exceptional! They are friendly, courteous, and respectful of the residents needs and my needs as well. I was in one of those fancier facilities recently to drive a resident to an appointment. Staff retrieved her from her room and didn’t even bother to comb her hair before bringing her out. No respect or thought of dignity whatsoever. It’s all about the looks of the premises and not about the attention and care given a person like it is at Fairacres. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a skilled nursing home for their loved one.

My husband is in physical therapy at Fairacres Manor Greeley and receiving good care. It's clean and friendly. The therapy team is making good progress with him and pleasant to work with.

Great family friendly, safe home for aunt Frances. Staff are the best!!!
