Jennifer Perryman's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Dr. Perryman was stellar. She answered every single question I had, explained every single skin abnormality I'm dealing with, and also explained some options I wasn't aware of that my two previous dermatologists never mentioned. She was thorough, took her time, and I honestly can't think of how it could have been any better. Everyone was mega-friendly. Her assistant was great and funny, and her scheduler helped me pick good multiple dates that worked well for me to come back for the next procedure. They also got me in faster by letting me know when someone had cancelled their appointment, so again, I can't think of anyway this could have been a better experience.

Would like to give 0 stars. For someone who has pretty poor reviews online should maybe consider treating new patients better? My son (on his own) picked this Doc. Unfortunately the day of his visit was our mid February snow storm. He called after being stuck in traffic for 30 minutes, said he was going to be late-the receptionist said to go ahead & come in as the snow storm was awful. He arrived 15 minutes late & was told the provider "Perryman" was refusing him. Since then my son found a new doc outside of UCHEALTH a& is very pleased. UCHEALTH then sends a letter saying he didn't show up to his appointment at all & didn't call. Shame on you Dr. Perryman, shame on you UCHEALTH. Talked with Melissa at Perryman's office & all she could repeat was the policy., (Completely ignoring what happened.) I'm proud to say my son has never not shown up for an appointment & has never cancelled an appt less than 24 hrs in advance. Going forward we will no longer use UCHEALTH at all. Buyer beware.

I had a full-body rash that she could not diagnose correctly for four months. Finally, she said to start eliminating medications that I was taking (they are the top cause of such rashes). I stopped taking a medication that I had reacted to previously. The rash went away immediately. I still have faint remnants of the rash.

Dr Perryman is smart, kind, thorough and a dedicated physician. As a physician myself, I really appreciated her care and intellectual approach!

Appointment was not rushed, all questions were answered. Procedures were explained how and why they were being done. Diagnosis was explained. Very thorough exam.

Dr Perryman is very congenial and makes you feel at ease. She is thorough and professional. She exudes confidence which makes you feel she knows what she’s doing.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr. Perryman. She is very knowledgeable and took time to really listen and understand my issue. I was referred to her after treatments and tests had failed to resolve a skin allergy I had been dealing with for 2 years. Dr. Perryman was able find the root cause of my skin allergy! I highly recommend her.

Dr. Perryman is an excellent doctor. She's does very thorough skin exams, explains things well, and really cares about helping. Highly recommend!
