Have gone to this doctor for years and was happy until I had something serious happen. I was the one calling them asking where my results were after a week of no contact. When she found them she said I'm surprised you didn't go to the ER. Seriously? Then I was not told everything that had been found by the tests they had run. I only discovered more issues when I actually looked at the reports which I requested. Lucky I survived these horribly handled visits. Do not recommend for anything more than a runny nose.

When my former primary care doctor retired I chose to switch to Dr. Branum's practice because as a healthcare provider myself I had encountered her and really liked her personable and upbeat manner. She has not disappointed. She listens, is responsive, yet is business-like and provides useful suggestions and demonstrates a good command of relevant knowledge.
