Kaiser Permanente's Online Review Report Card

I recently moved to Greeley from Arvada, necessitating a change in my plan. Everyone at Kaiser that I had to contact was very friendly and helpful in making the change. I then scheduled a "get acquainted" visit with Dr. Conaway, and was very impressed with the staff and the facilities. everyone was so friendly and helpful. I have been with Kaiser for about 10 years, so was not really surprised at the quality of service. My only complaint is that I did not join Kaiser sooner.

I was anle to schedule my appointment on-line. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. I checked in on-line and only had to return a text to let them know I was there for my appointment. I didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called back and the whole thing was thorough and completed efficiently and quickly. I’m very happy with Kaiser.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I’ve been this clinic. Everyone is so nice and so accommodating. My primary care provider Vanessa Wittstruck is an absolute angel. Always listens to my needs, and also goes above and beyond to message me on her own time to check in. From the front desk to when I’m leaving the clinic, I feel comfortable and cared for. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!

I love the location because it’s very convenient but I do not care for the staff here. The lab technicians and pharmacists are absolutely amazing, but the actual care team of doctors and LPN/RNs are awful. I was referred to an outside provider for a specialty test and Kaiser has not been in contact with me regarding results or treatment plans. When I contacted Kaiser with questions, I was just told that it was out of their hands. I’ve always wondered what it’s like to have a health care team that actually cares and advocates for its patients, and I guess I’ll be stuck wondering forever. Highly recommend doing your research on doctors before selecting from this location. I’m highly disappointed in the care (or lack there of) I’ve received from this location. Do not recommend.

to hear me you would think I had shares in ksr but my visits have always been very satisfactory. my last visit was excellent and I had been in pain for some time , Vanessa diagnosed the cause and prescribed certain meds that were actually effective immediately, Ididnt believe it at first. if you have never been in pain for a long period you cant imagine the relief when it goes. she did say if her diagnosis was wrong or if the treatment wasnt effective she would consider alternatives. also, she admonished me (very kindly) abouit waiting so long before I contacted her. she and her team are miracle workers as far as I am concerned,from the receptionist, the nurses up to Vanessa. thank you

We have been fortunate to have had Kaiser Healthcare different times thru the years. We are always impressed and grateful with quality of care, expertise, resources and just really good people all around.

I scheduled a drive-up flu shot appointment. I arrived early, but Liz worked me right in. She reminded me that I needed some lab work, and I told her I tried to schedule an appointment with a new PC physician, but was called to tell me the appointment was cancelled. They left a message for me to call and reschedule, but I accidently deleted my voice mail! Long story short, she was able to set up an appointment for me as a "meet & greet" since I really don't have any ailments at this time. Liz provided service beyond my expectations. Kudos to Liz. I'm sorry I did not get her last name. But she was at the drive-up flu shot "booth" on Tuesday 9/29 at 4:30pm.
