Absolutely love my PCP here, Shelby Bohm! And when I’ve needed to see other providers in this office for sick visits, etc. they’ve been fantastic. I highly recommend this location and am so grateful for them.

I have been to this facility for 3 times. Doctors were good but billing department is keep sending me bill even I have paid all the amount. And forwarded several times proof of payment. They sent it to recovery agency and I have provided all the payment proof to recovery agency. I am not going to recommend or visit this facility as their payment/account team is not doing what it supposed to do. Highly inconvenient.

I went in for an annual exam , which is covered by insurance, and they tried to charge me for it still. When I asked why, they said they "spoke about topics above and beyond what an annual covers". All I did was answer questions that were asked, how is a patient supposed to know which topics they will be charged more for?? Ridiculous.

If I could give Shelby 500 stars I would. She was so kind and she made me felt heard. In the past I have felt dismissed by doctors; I left my appointment with Shelby in tears because she was the complete opposite. She was incredibly supportive about working with me on medication management and addressed each of my health concerns without judgement while providing several options on the way forward. Knowing I get to be a patient of hers brought me so much relief and I finally feel at peace because I feel like I have found a physician I can wholeheartedly trust. I would recommend her to anyone, she is a literal angel.
