Dr. Hastings and his nurse were fantastic! 5 stars for them! When it comes to customer service and not feeling like more than a number, this clinic is a complete fail. I had a question on my bill that required 3 phone calls and the same unfriendly, generic answers.

This clinic is the go-to for our family! Friendly staff that listens, and treats with care and compassion. The office staff is extremely helpful and they try to get you in as fast as possible. We switched to this clinic several years ago and have been pleased with their care! I recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor.

The doctors and staff at this clinic are amazing! Any medical needs exceeded the small town hospital's capabilities were professionally and smoothly referred to a clinic that could meet our needs appropriately. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable as well!

I recently took our kids into this clinic to see Dr. Hastings (new pediatrician). He was great! We were able to get child well checks scheduled for about a week out but ended up getting a call with an option to move it up even earlier. Amanda at the front desk is always great, and Hastings and his assistant Laura are knowledgeable and fantastic with our kids!

Dr Anderson is a Brilliant physician and excellent diagnostician! Extremely thorough! Personable and kind! I could be more pleased and so happy to have found him. Devan, his MA is awesome too!

I've had excellent care from the warm and attentive staff at GVHFMC. Phone inquiries are handled quickly. Lots of smiles by staff. I've never had a problem getting in to see a doctor. Urgent needs are handled by their having unscheduled time set aside M-F, and less urgent needs are accommodated by their Saturday walk-in hours.

Never been able to get in on same day of phone call, and that's if I even get somebody to answer the phone. Any kind of tests to be done will have you sent to the hospital, nothing is done in house. Waiting a week to get an appointment for the flu just doesn't cut it.

I can never get my kids in for same day service when they are sick. I was once told that my daughter (who had strep) couldn't be seen until a full week later. Which is not acceptable. Today, I've been trying to call since 8am and their message says they open at 8. At 8:30, I'm still getting their recording that they are closed. Horrible clinic.
