Front desk check In was great, very nice and knew what she was doing, very informed. My blood draw was another story. 3 sticks, not enough blood was taken, the Med Asst pulled the needle out with the vacuum tube still attached, twice, even after mentioning to take tube out before needle ( I am a med asst)then complained my vein collapsed, as blood pooled all over my sweater and jeans. No offer to help me try to clean it up, no peroxide on hand for this exact problem. She then told me I have to go to Quest, no help locating one, nothing. Terrible back office, if you can't be confident in a draw, ask for help, it's better than hurting someone and sending them home with ruined clothes.

I've been to this urgent care a few times and always had a positive experience. I'm always quite happy with all of the staff at every visit. There's normally a wait, but I feel listened to and well taken care of, so it's not a bother to wait a few minutes. I've been in for a work physical/ drug test, and for a health issue, and I'd definitely choose this facility again when needed.

The staff were all really nice and helpful. My husband came in with stomach issues and they asked questions, listened to the answers and let us know what was happening, when it was happening. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who want to be treated well and as a person. Thank you!

Such quick service! Staff was nice and agreeable, and the doc on call was quick and did a good job of listening to my concerns. So much faster than an ER!

Only good things to say. I had excellent experience and friendly care. I will go there again when sick.

Nothing but great things to say about this facility. Excellent service from the front desk and wonderful care from the attending nurse and physician. Prompt, courteous, caring, and knowledgeable. If you are unable to see your primary care Dr., you’ll receive great care here.

I'm very pleased with Care Now Urgent Care. I went in for something pretty simple. The receptionist was very nice and very helpful. The place was very clean. My visit was very efficient. I'm glad I chose to come in. I'll definitely go back if needed.

Front desk was nice. Wait was longer than expected but still ok. Medical assistant was very cold, abrupt and kept emphatically shaking her head no when I was answering her questions, which was so confusing. Was she disagreeing with what said, did she hear me? She interrupted frequently and talked over me. She acted annoyed when she asked if my med list was correct but didnt review the meds. I'm not psychic so how would I know how up to date the meds are if they don't tell me or show me what is on the list. So I asked what was on the list so we could go over them. She Seemed very put out and didn't update anything even though I listed multiple meds that were not on the list and ones on the list that I was not taking. Felt condescending. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. Still a customer service roll though at the end of the day. Not one smile, or cordial behavior, acted like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Zero empathy or compassion. Felt like she checked out of her job and forgot she is frontline in healthcare. She was really rough with nose and throat swab. Kept making me gag intenseley but didn't say anything at all, just stared and seemed annoyed. Kept doing it over and over. I'm a nurse. I know how it needs to be done. THAT TECHNIQUE SUCKED, but her lack of any kindness was worse. I also know a smile and a grain of empathy or kindness go a long way. Zero stars for that portion of the experience Practitioner was very friendly empathetic, kind etc. She reviewed the results and plan and asked if I had questions. She was very warm. That's how it should be. Wish this allowed you to rate people separately. SHE WAS A 4. Too bad the medical assistant set that tone. It really soured the whole experience.
