Dr. Bensing actually listens and spends time with a patient. She is extremely patient and you don't feel rushed like I have felt with some other doctors. She answers all your questions and is very careful about treating you. All the staff at the practice were very kind and did a good job.

New patient visit with both the office and Dr. After being with Kaiser for 12 years it was really nice to not just feel like a number. To be treated as though I am human. The office staff has been excellent since the very first call I made while researching new physicians to checking out after my visit today. Both professional and personable. I didn't feel like I was annoying them with my questions which has been a complaint I've had with Kaiser for quite sometime. Dr Bensing immediately noticed issues in my current health and treatment strategies by my previous medical team which was very comforting because I've questioned the treatment plans as I feel as though I'm significantly over medicated treating symptoms from other meds. Just covering symptoms and not treating me with the goal in mind of helping me have optimal health.Time will tell but overall my initial impression is that this is a top notch medical office with people who care about their patients.
