Dr. Casselman and his staff are amazing!! Can not say enough good things about his expertise. I’ve been under chiropractic care for over 20 years and others have never addressed or fixed the problem, just did adjustments. Dr, Casselman and the spine rehab addressed the problem, made incredible improvements and gave me tools for maintenance instead of putting a bandaid on things. Feeling and moving like I was when I was in my 20’s.

Dr Casselman and his team were incredible in my recovery from chronic neck pain. They are extremely organized, friendly, and make you feel like part of their family during your visits and time there. I highly recommend Dr, Casselman. He is professional, knowledgeable and he listens to what you say. He cares about his clients, their spinal health and relieving pain. I met Dr. Casselman 4 years ago for neck pain and stiffness and poor posture. After an initial eval and x-rays, he was able to diagnose my issue and set up a treatment plan. After the treatments were complete, he took a second set of x-rays which showed much improvement in my cervical vertebrae. My posture was better and I was able to move my neck with greater ease. He sent me home with a neck device to use to continue with the progress I had made. I saw him months later for sciatica which is now gone and lower back pain which is improving. I see him monthly for maintenance adjustments and continue to do the exercises he has me doing at home. He had me do the exercise in his office and then texted me a video to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly at home. Dr. Casselman also has as an "amazing" staff, which is an added bonus!!

This was first Chiro treatment and was beyond what I expected. The doc is great at explaining things and really felt improve my herniated disc. I feel they are reasonably priced and paid for a package to help with my disc issues. More than that, Ashley, Mackenzie and Taylor are extremely fun and professional. They make you feel like family.

Best experience with a chiropractor ever! I'd been to several others just to find my struggles were still there. Dr Casselman was able to talk me through them and actually solved them! I am now in no pain and can look fully to my left. Im so pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend his service.

Pinnacle Chiropractic is an amazing place to be. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and this one stands out for all the right reasons. My wife was always a skeptic of chiropractic treatments and would never go when she had issues. After having our second child she had a chronic and debilitating shoulder pain. It was so bad that she finally decided to see if chiropractic treatment was the cure. She started going to a different chiropractor than me (Pinnacle Chiropractic) and worked the program that Dr. Casselman gave her, and a few months later she was fixed, no more pain.This made me decide that it was time to see if my chronic back and neck pain could be fixed instead of just being managed. All of these years I was using chiropractic as a band aid for my pain, but Dr. C put me on a plan and it worked. The X-rays don’t lie, and there is a significant positive change in my spinal curvatures. The pain will still show up once in a while when I don’t protect my back, but it is now manageable and never goes past a 5 on the pain scale. I can’t say enough about Pinnacle, it’s more than a chiropractic office, it’s more like a wellness center. I have recently convinced my wife to start letting our 15 & 12 year old athlete children to go to Pinnacle for their issues. Dr. C started them both on the road to pain free movement. Pinnacle has an amazing staff that works great together and makes the process work smoothly. Every time I visit the office either as a patient or as a parent taking my kids in for treatment, I always feel better after leaving. McKensie and Jen do an amazing job moving patients thru the treatment stations, constantly giving kind and positive motivation to complete the work. Taylor, Kim and Dawn are always friendly and bring a positive vibe to the office. Ash in an amazing person and is always ready to listen to the patients and start up a meaningful conversation with them while they are waiting to be seen by Dr. C. Ash makes you feel at home, as if you were talking with a friend in your living room, and she always finds a way to get you the scheduled appointment time you need. Finally Dr. C is more than a chiropractor, he is a wellness coach. He knows everything that is going on with his patients both physically and mentally. If you share something that is going on in your life, Dr. C will remember it and ask about it at the next session. Dr C keeps a positive vibe in his office and is always curious, having the patients define what they are feeling so he can treat them appropriately. I love that he always tells the patients what a good job they are doing, when he is the one doing the physical work. Dr. C is interested in our mind-body connection and I always feel better in both areas after a visit with him. I started seeing Dr. Casselman a couple of years ago with chronic low back, hip and leg pain that was so bad I could barely walk or lay down to sleep. Through decompression treatments I have gone from a pain level of 10 to 1 and am sleeping again!!! The staff is amazing, and so kind to everyone who comes into the office and I highly recommend this clinic, they will take care of your needs and listen to your concerns.
