I think they called it the dream team, and I'm unsure. The person I got for reinstating my case was decent, and she sounded genuinely friendly. The only thing that had frustrated me was I had expressed I signed up for the email notifications as my family and I are struggling home wise, so I don't always have instant access to my mail. I signed up on April 2, 2024, and apparently had an appointment for April 10, 2024. I had no idea, and it was my second time registering because I had never received anything the whole time. So now I have to wait up to 30 days, and I've got a kid, ya know. But her response to this was, "We don't really do the email thing." Are you serious? Had I had the forethought, I would have asked her why it was an option, then? Someone isn't doing their job, who? Bad management, maybe? I don't know. Otherwise, great.

Did not receive my deposit on time. I turned in all my documents and everything that was asked for during my review. When I called to find out what the delay was I was told they are behind on processing so when they get to it then I’ll get my deposit and they could not provide me with an estimated date of when this would happen. This is second time I’ve had issues with renewal; the 1st time they took my benefits stating I did not get those benefits because THEY had to verify my information because I was missing documents; so they took that month last year and now this. I’m beyond frustrated with this office and the supervisor Cynthia does nothing to rectify these issues, she doesn’t even answer her phone or return voicemails. In my opinion…. This is office is okay starving children!!!! If you are in need of assistance don’t expect quality care from this facility they lack respect, responsibility, and they are never in the wrong; their lack of responsibility will always become your problem. They seriously need to do better because their social skills are bare minimum if that.

Idk what happened to my first review of this place but it's not longer here but just know the receptionist ladies are rude and just plain nasty.
