I had to go to this urgent care twice this past week and both times the staff was amazing, efficient, & very caring. I definitely recommend this Lafayette Urgent Care.

My wife was not feeling good with swollen lymph nodes and she came in to get checked and found out that she had mono. They have signs on the wall saying, “if you’re not feeling better in 72 hours come back and your visit is free!” We came back as she wasn’t feeling better within the 72 hrs and we’re asked for our $50 copay. I mentioned the sign, still on the wall btw, and we were told, “sorry, that’s an old sign, can we charge the card on file?” I told them that wasn’t right, but with my wife feeling unwell, we reluctantly paid. We’ve been to this location multiple times with good service, but this wasn’t right. I’d appreciate a response from ownership and will follow up with their response.

Update your accepted insurances. Anthem tells me they have to update the system and Advance Urgent Care says Anthem needs to update theirs. Neither take accountability for outdated systems. “Hun,” I’m sick of wasting my time. Both get 1 stars. Update, turns out Advance UC does accept my insurance and I was turned away for no reason. 1 star is earned and sustained. Thanks so much!

Went there to have my knee looked, felt every rushed had a xray ordered sent to a different company. Went to pick up a prescription that wasn't even sent to the pharmacy, they didn't even double check what pharmacy I wanted my prescription sent to.

My provider Kate was professional and listened to all my concerns as well as did a full evaluation really taking her time. I never felt rushed or not listened to. The staff was quick, polite and professional as well. Very kind and empathetic.

Pretty annoying be told at the front desk they don't have anyone working after arriving to an appointment scheduled an hour and a half earlier... Maybe don't schedule the appointment if you don't have anyone working? Or at least call back! -- Response -- > It looks like our staff in Lafayette did call you Yes, they did... Three days after leaving the review.

This facility was extremely clean and the staff members were very kind and accommodating. I felt like I was in very good hands and that they were extremely thorough. Not that I want to come back, but should I ever need to I would definitely return here!
