I went to the Kaiser facility at Rock Creek today for a dermatology appointment.I saw PA Nicole Cable. As is true of the other Kaiser medical staff..... Nicole is an excellent physician, a really nice person, and she listens to me.... which is a really nice quality in a physician. I highly recommend Kaiser... we've been members since the early '80's in Southern Cal.

We usually have extremely good experiences with Kaiser, even at this facility. However, the last visit was with a doctor new to us, Dr. Beeson. We found him lacking most everything we value in a doctor. It was an "urgent" visit procured after a phone visit with Dr. Trowbridge (Internal Medicine and a fantastic listener and respondent). Dr. Beeson did not seem to appreciate the degree of pain my husband was in. He dismissed all the questions by asking us to wait until the test results were in and we were met with the regular physician. He did order tests, including one that was not ok'd by my husband. He did not however send those test requests on to the various departments, so we had a much longer waits a x-ray and the lab as they had to physically hunt him down and get him to sign hard copies of the paperwork. Also, one bathroom in the patient visit area (accessed only once admitted ) of the Family Practice floor had a pool of blood on the floor. I mentioned it to one of the nurses. Hopefully, she had the room cleaned. I hope this experience is not repeated.

We love Dr. Tamara Kusek at Rock Creek pediatrics. She is very knowledgeable and relates well with kids/teens and parents.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Been on hold for over 50 minutes trying to reach someone in the office. Trying to determine if I want to switch to Kaiser benefits and learn more about the OBGYN and midwifery program there but clearly nobody will answer the phone so that’s a HORRIBLE sign of what is to come… I have no feedback on the doctors since I can’t ever get that far. But their phones are a joke.

The team at the Kaiser Rock Creek Orthopedic Department is second to none. They really are a team, working together for the benefit of their patients. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Lance Little and all of the fantastic folks on the orthopedics team. Every call is answered or returned promptly and in person care is stellar. Thank you!!!!
