Dr Galllagher is an amazing dermatologist for any skin concerns that have come up in our family. In addition to his medicql expertise in treating our teenage son's skin problems effectively and compassionately, his practice also has a top notch esthetician (Elena!) who can provide immensely effective in-office treatments as well as advise on skin care regimens for the whole family. The staff is kind, efficient and knowledgeable and they all go the extra mile to take care of their patients.

Awesome experience; Dr. Gallagher is the third dermatologist that I visit for my problem and it is the first one to actually visually assess my problems instead just listen and prescribe antibiotics like my former dermatologist did.

I left multiple messages to schedule an appointment without the courtesy of a return call. Finally Justine returned my final call but her lack of professionalism, rudeness and flippancy turned me off to the practice completely.

Wonderful experience. Dr' Gallagher is just so down to earth. In addition to having an awesome bed side manner, he was clear on explaining my issues and how to treat them. Entering a level Orange for Covid-19 procedures, I felt safe, comfortable and at ease for my exam. If you're in need of a dermatologist, Dr. Gallagher is the way to go.

Dr. Gallagher and his medical staff are great. However, his office staff including front desk staff and also billing staff are incompetent. Sadly they have lost my 10 year business due to their staffing selections. I've experienced scheduling mishaps, showing up for an appointment for a service that the doctor doesn't even treat but that was not communicated (therefore wasting my time coming to the office). The girls at the front desk would rather talk about their personal lives and gossip with each other in front of you than use common sense to confirm that they offer a service before booking you. If you get past the bird-brains at the front desk, you will face another hurdle in billing. A lack of competence and common sense arises again when though you have confirmed your recent mailing address, they will send bills to previous addresses from years ago. Then send your bills to collections because you never paid them. No doctor is good enough to put up with the headache that comes with it. Luckily there are many other wonderful dermatologists in the area. My recommendation is that if they can't find competent staff to hire, to at least find some women that SOUND intelligent in person or on the phone. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy unnecessary frustrations.
