Allison Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I cannot say enough kind things about this facility and the staff.  Mom was cared for during Covid and we never once worried about her wellness.  The staff kept us in contact with mom as much as possible and accommodated our schedule so we could talk to mom.  At the end, after mom's stroke, they took her back from the hospital with hospice care.  The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed as we visited with mom during her end of life.  They took such good care of mom that we are eternally grateful for everything they did for our family.

I’ve met Allison through a previous job. She is an awesome coworker and people person. She is a quick learner. Very quick to help and get the job done.

Overall lack of care. Facility is understaffed and the RNs have bad attitude, meaning LACK of empathy!!! Personal cares aren’t being done. You are lucky if your loved ones get one shower a week. Management will listen but no follow up. Covid made things worse but in general people who don’t enjoy interacting with elderly should seriously find a different job. People’s lives are relying on you so please! Take things more seriously!!!!

I met Allie a few years ago while looking for someone to rake leaves. She has seen me through 2 knee replacements and 2 shoulder replacements, providing services as needed. Currently we are decluttering. Allie always goes the extra mile by doing her chores better than she has to and always with a smile.

I used Allison on a house cleaning job moving out a rental ranch style home in centennial we had initially thought we would not get all of our deposit back, After Allison was finished we got our entire deposit back from the rental home! Thank you again Allison! I definitely recommend her, She does quality work!!

She can truly do almost anything! Very pleasant to be around, excellent problem solver and an amazing caring spirit.

I had read the reviews and was relieved my mother was going to a rehab that had great reviews after her fall and broken hip. She is 87 years old and was admitted yesterday at 4.30 pm.ONE Night she did not recieve any care was given a hotdog on a hard bun and a couple of chips, needless to say she was left alone without her meds for 14 hours had to lay in her urine all night freezing and scared and in terrible pain. This place is horrible. She is stuck there for who knows how long...Today the staff has been good to her so far so we are watching her very carefully and will keep everyone posted. The staff that was on her shift when she came in yesterday should be fired and held accountable for there ABSOLUTE NEGLECT!!!! 04/17/2021

My father is a current resident in Walden Way - this is a secure unit for people with advanced Dementia/Alzheimer's . I am constantly amazed by the love and care the CNAs and other medical professionals give to the residents in this unit. I can't imagine how stressful their job can be, but I never see them become short or impatient with the residents. They're always all running around feeding everyone, cleaning up after everyone, constantly reminding them that they are safe and ok, bathing, changing etc. It might not be the prettiest facility, but when you are looking for a home for your loved ones I can tell you pretty doesn't cut it, it's the love and passion the people who work and care for your loved ones have and I can tell you these people are incredible. They all deserve medals!

My mother went to Allison after hip surgery. The staff was kind and helpful. Debbie, the administrator made sure my mother was well taken care of. Everyone went out of their way to make her stay comfortable. She stayed for about 3 weeks and could not have been in better hands. She is back home now, and I truly believe that all the attention at Allison contributed to her amazing recovery. She is 97 years old. I will most definitely recommend this center to anyone in search of a good rehabilitation facility that feels like home. Thank you Allison!

Allison took care of my 99 yr old Father who thought he didn’t need anyone to help when I had to go out! She came in and saved the day and made a fast friend in my Dad! She was amazing, kind and caring !!! He has passed but I will be utilizing her many other organization skills as we go thru his belongings! I can’t recommend her enough!
