Terrible customer service. They outsource to a call center and don’t return their messages in the app. Like the Walmart of vasectomy.

Poor customer service. Nice guy just collecting a paycheck.

I recently had a procedure called the Uro-Lift with Dr Facelle and it went really well. Especially having to deal with the Pandemic Covid -19. I feel like Dr Facelle is probably in the top 3 in state doing this kind of procedure and throughout I felt like I was well informed and the entire procedure was painless and my quality of life is much better as a result. I would definitely recommend Colorado Urology and Dr Facelle for anyone having any prostate related issues.

An assistant was rude on the phone and the physician was very aloof, distant not caring

I recommend doctor facelle to anybody wonderful doctor has great communication makes you feel comfortable ,both my oppressions went smooth.

He seems disorganized. He tried to scare me when he thought I might have cancer then he has been less than forthcoming with his help or general information now that we know I have cancer. He has not followed up on providing an MRI of my prostate and I have to go to my GP even to get PSA blood tests. I have a friend in a similar position to me and his urologist sees him and helps him far more frequently and with far more care than Dr. Facelle does for me.

I'm a somewhat experienced "urology patient", and so far Dr. Facelle has been by far the best urologist I've seen. He listens with undivided attention, and he makes sure he understands everything that's going on. He answers all of my questions and explains my issues while providing me insight with what I can expect during treatment/recovery. He has also recommended a long-term screening strategy for my miserable cancer genetics - I didn't even ask for help with this. In short, I was expecting a bunch of unpleasant, expensive procedures, (which have never proved helpful in the past). Instead, Dr. Facelle has armed me with information such that I can understand and cope with my unique problems. I find Dr. Facelle to be very kind and supportive. He's very calm(this is good for me), which could perhaps be interpreted as somewhat stoic by some patients. But for me, Dr. Facelle's keen focus, competent medical expertise, and outstanding communication are a winning combination.

Dr.Thomas M. Facelle Was my doctor for over a year. I changed doctors due to the fact that he was about 20 miles away. My new doctor is only a couple miles away. Dr. Facelle was very kind and helpful as well as understanding. He was very patience with me and went above and beyond when it came to taking care of my needs. He has good bed side manners. I was glad to have him as my doctor. I would certainly recommend him. Most of his staff was very polite but not all.

A family member was covered in blood after his kidney stone was removed— due to complications with the wire they used. Took an hour and a half extra to clean the blood off. He thought he was gonna die between the wire being put in and them making him wait two hours for the surgery— Facelle never acted kind, interested, apologetic, caring— he was a total cold fish. The patient was in his 70s, and he feels Facelie & company could’ve killed him. For Facelle it seemed to be “Business as usual.”

Wonderful bedside manner and listens better than any physician I have encountered in many years. He does not seem to stop until a solution is reached and remembers everything about you. I am in great hands. Fantastic office staff as well.
