Friendly professional tech and receptionist. Highly recommend

Terrible place. They insist on full payment up front for what insurance won’t pay (almost $500 in my case) . Have no payment plans available at all (except offering for you to pay 75%) and won’t do the imaging if you don’t bring the $ day of. Every other place I’ve been to has payment plans or will bill insurance first including health images. Don’t waste your time here.

Efficient, friendly courteous

My boyfriend went in for a set of x-rays. They tried to charge him over $700 because he hadn't met his deductible. You think they would've called in advance to inform him of this, but of course they didn't. He decided to pay cash and not have his insurance billed and he signed a form stating it wouldn't be. Well they billed the insurance anyway and now are billing him for $700 in addition to the $120 he already paid! They didn't give him a copy of the waiver, but luckily I was able to get it from their billing department, otherwise he would've been stuck paying all that money. Their hold message claims to perform services with honesty and integrity, this couldn't be further from the truth. Looking at other reviews this seems to be their regular con job to overcharge patients and bill their insurance after saying they won't, then forwarding the bill to patients once the claim is denied. Please be wary of this company's predatory business practices!

I was in the office for an MRI and, in 40 minutes, back out the door. Everyone was thorough, quick, and friendly. Great office!

I always like Touchstone.

I had to call a few times through no fault of Touchstone Imaging Lakewood. The phone was always answered promptly. The appointment itself was super quick and easy.

Please be very careful if you use this place. The techs are very good, BUT the billing side is not truthful. I was told they were in network, that they had pre-authorized my services. I even checked my insurance website and showed they were in network. But, when it came time to pay the claims, they billed under a different name and they were NOT in network. My claims were denied. The office had forced me to ovrepay my copay amounts assuring me that is what I was going to owe, it wasn't. 3 calls later and they are now trying to tell me my insurance did pay which I can clearly see on my end they did not. I feel like they charged me double on my co-pays knowing my insurance would not cover it and now they don't care to correct anything since they have my money. They name Touchstone is now are no longer showing on my insurance website either. I will not go here again.

Had an very enjoyable experience at the Lakewood office. Everyone was very so pleasant and helpful. John, my MRI tech, was awesome. He made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for throughout the process. Highly recommend!
