Most of the reviews are for Ronnie and Ambica. Ronnie seems to no longer be at this location but was amazing and Ambica is too - if you can get her. They've got a new gentleman named Jiro working here now and all I can say is stay away. Jabbed me on the inside of my arm after I'd already been poked two other times and did not immediately remove the needle when I told him it didn't feel right and that it was causing a lot of pain. His response was "okay, let's try the other arm." It's one thing to miss a stick, it is by far another to cause someone pain and then act like they're your personal lab rat. No apologies, nothing. Grabbed my paperwork and left. Arm is still throbbing and I have only had this happen once before with an inexperienced tech that was filling in at this same location. Will not be back!

I arrived at opening and was 3rd in line. People are always lining up at Quest. Phlebs were super nice and didn't bruise my arm! Overall good experience but I can't speak for a busier time

I have been going to this Quest for about a year at this point and couldn't recommend this location more. Ronnie is amazing and there is never a long wait. I definitely prefer driving a little father to go to this location than the Wheat Ridge location as the wait time there is always atrocious due to its location next to Lutheran.

Went to have a simple blood test. Tec didn't take my bp first. Severe bleeding pain and deep vein bruising. Stay away.

Got labs here and thought it would take forever but it didn’t. Very efficient handling of numerous patients by one person. She did a great job! I’m a hard stick & she got it on the first try! No bruising either, that almost never happens. Great phlebotomist!
