I woke up in the morning with sciatica. One session with Dr Jensen, and I’m feeling so much better. She taught me helpful stretches and exercises and she provided me with much needed helpful advice. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pain relief. Five stars!!

Just finished an evaluation and treatment with Dr. Bryan Carestia, more than impressed. As an Acupuncturist who works within a similar paradigm of fascia and movement, his approach was eye opening. I just took my first full breath in 5 years since taking on a traumatic soccer injury that was complicated by broken ribs. He taught me how to reconnect and integrate my back, hip and diaphragm in ways I hadn’t seen before. I highly recommend! Whole clinic had a great atmosphere and pleasant staff as well.

I recommend all my patients to ActivCore who have head and neck pain or limitation of motion. They do it the right way — no rush, personable experience, advanced techniques, and highly trained therapists. And they maximize insurance usage to keep the cost low. I have been very impressed! I usually send my patients to Dr. Tia Totura who has shown a great track record of improving or fixing patients with complicated problems. So impressed!

As a health care provider myself I really value thoroughness and professionalism and you will definitely find this here. After several years of chronic lower back pain I felt better after just the first visit! Taking the time with each client goes a long way!

Love working with Bri! I’m in my second session to help with impingement in my shoulders and I’m already getting results. She sends me home with exercises to help increase the strength in the surrounding areas. Amy also does a fantastic job helping me with scheduling and answering questions I have. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions and see how much better I’m doing afterwards.

The physical therapists at Activcore are all super talented and give you one on one care for 1 full hour using unique equipment not found many other places. Everyone should give Activcore a try if they want to feel better, stronger and get back to the things they love!
