Really not helpful at all. Would give zero stars if possible. They dont care about helping people they would rather get someone mad enough that they do something serious so they can keep them longer than they need to be there.
I just spent a couple days at Bridge House. It was an overall good experience. I wish they had more than one group a day and the bathroom and shower stalls are ridiculously small. I had a conversion attack on top of an anxiety attack mixed in with some all over body itching that was weird. The staff was amazing at getting me through it. They got other clients away from the “show” and managed my symptoms until they had ran their course and I could function again. I wish I was better with name recall so I could really recognize individuals. One other highlight was the food and the lady chef. She went out of her way to meet my individual menu needs. Overall a really good visit.
The only reason this place got 5 stars is so people will see this review: ZERO stars for nurses and techs. Psychologists and therapists however are excluded. I am 30 years old and have had type 1 diabetes since I was 7. So I just might know a thing or two about the illness and even moreso about mine specifically. On January 26th of 2020 I woke up around 7am to a blood sugar of 93mg/dL. I could not have asked for better numbers. I should add that one of the nurses, very pushy I might add, said that was too low. What?!?!?! Well, as the morning progressed my sugars got higher and higher. Before noon they checked my sugars after I told them it was feeling high and their meter read "Hi", so I asked for my Novolog fast acting insulin and they said they'd get it ready. Few hours go by and no insulin so I'm wondering what's up. I ask and they said they won't give me any because they want to be sure their machine was accurate, when every single reading prior was on the spot.I kept asking for my med and they did not give it to me. So I ate my lunch, sugars went up, checked them again and their meter said "HI" again so I asked for my insulin. They stuck to their meter potentially malfunctioning story and did not give it to me. I agreed to let them draw my blood to send to labs to check it, yet they wouldn't have gotten the results until later at around 7pm or so. I said that is absolutely unacceptable and I need my insulin NOW. They still refused. I was getting absolutely frustrated and said ok, I'll drink water to start getting it down. They recommended I don't do that. Are you kidding me?!?!? So, while they're all running around like headless chickens I am at sever risk for coma and have explained that to them many times and still no insulin even after telling me they don't want anything bad to happen. The irony right? Oh it gets better. I said that for 24 years when my meter reads the same that I just give myself 10 units, let it come down and wait to see if it comes down anymore, 9/10 times it drops to around 240-275mg/dL and if it doesn't come down furtyerbafter an hour then I dose again. They weren't having it. I was emotional at that point and was begging for even 3 units. Nope. No insulin. So I told them that not a single one of them has 24 years experience with t1d, and sure as hell don't have a lick of experience with my diabetes. They're all very young by the way so the math does itself. Anyway, after a few shows of argument, begging for insulin I demanded discharge (I came in voluntarily) and they said they will discharge me to Littleton Adventist hospital to make sure I'm medically ok to go home. I laughed in their faces and told them I would be if they'd just dose me. And by that time I said hell yes get me the hell out of here. Hour later I'm off to Littleton Adventist. In much, MUCH better care in fact the minute I got into the ambulance for transport I had an IV pumping fluids. They also wanted to adjust my fast acting sliding scale to 5 units 5x a day, food or not and that was another absolutely infuriating argument. Point is here folks, I do not recommend you go there for any reason whatsoever. Prior to this incident I had submitted a survey giving them all stellar feedback and dropped it into the lockbox which had a camera pointing in that direction, they knew I had some good things to say, they watch the cameras in the nurses station so they knew...they knew. I regret very immensely that I gave them good feedback. What a joke it's like they got their licenses and certificates from a crackerjack box. If you are looking for a good place to go where you'll be listened to about whatever you may have going on, if you want to flex your basic human rights to your life saving medication AND WATER, if you want a team of nurses who will treat you proper, then look elsewhere, friends. This review is in hopes that this does not happen to anyone else with diabetes or any other illness whether mental or otherwise. Bunch of clowns in that circus for sure. Totally unsatisfactory and complete bovine excrement.
I have been there twice. The first time they switched my medication without my permission. There were groups but little time to talk if you need to. I got in an argument and was transported out. They didn't pack my meds. Second time I needed to use the phone. Nobody was nice enough to let anyone use the phone. I had to flip out to use it. They skipped me for 2 meals. The staff is clueless. This place makes money for doing nothing. A real shame to the allhealth network.
Waste of time.
My wife was there and she loved how passionate the staff was and the care was awesome thank you staff and providers from Gloria vera
Well coordinated mental health management. Program interaction with Veteran PTSD issues was great. The MHT staff are an exceptional group of people that make a huge difference in the success of the program, along with the management and medical staff! Thanks!
Found the staff to be overtly judgmental and condescending. Perhaps it was a bad week. This was a couple years ago so they may have implanted some positive changes. Sure hope so!
I owe my life to Bridge House. I was a voluntary inpatient situation, taken there from a crisis center in Westminister. The staff was incredible, listening and actually caring about the people they were looking after. The food was amazing!! I’ve never done better, I’m still taking my meds and using anxiety lessening techniques taught in group therapy. They helped me realize what was worth living for, and for that I’m so incredibly grateful. I spent seven days in Bridge House and I do not understand the bad reviews. From the first day to my last they were wonderful.
This place was awful. I was told there would be sculpting, singing and doctors and nurses and therapists on staff 24/7. I fainted and the “nurses” didn’t even do anything to help besides take my blood pressure over and over. Then one of the staff members named Xander was making fun of a lady who had manic and he was mocking the way she walked and talked. It was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. They don’t really care how you feel or to treat you. They drug you and make you feel less than a human being. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
