List of Allhealth Network - Crisis Walk-In Center's Reviews
This place is awful my suicidal girlfriend managed to slice her self while they "watched" her. And don't believe the review about the food being good I have been here to and the food is God awful. My girlfriend is okay but that should never happen. It was the same when I went here. They don't watch you at all in between groups and they used to. This place needs to be reported
I was here for 3 days. I stayed at Santa fe house. I was so terrified of going in bc it is a scary thing to do. I received amazing help and the most attentive and wonderful staff. I really appreciate everything they did for me here, given the situation. I am forever grateful for everyone involved. They completely changed my life and I was honestly a little sad to be leaving. I never knew the staff would be so kind and make this a beautiful experience to have gone through.
Not sure why people are writing such nasty reviews. I honestly loved my stay there and was actually kind of sad to leave. The nurses are all so friendly and kind, plus they will just sit and chat with you as you would a friend. They are very attentive and willing to listen. The food wasn't bad either. I love that this place looks less like a hospital, and more like a home setting. Overall, if I had to do this again, I would definitely return to this facility.
Have been here three times, but something about the most recent staff they have just went above and beyond. Every single one of them made me feel secure and able to speak about anything. Going to leave an honorable mention to these individuals. Chris, Christine, Roxy, Jake, Makenzi, Rebecca, Jonas, Val, Kailyn. And more. They all were very great listeners and every time I had any issue they were there to help. Thanks again!
Had to wait in the waiting room for 3 hours and nothing happened so I just left.
I can’t thank this place enough..
We went to the walk in crisis center for our teenage daughter. They were very respectful and helpful with providing resources and creating a safety plan with my daughter. She connected to the staff members she talked to, and they made her feel safe and heard.
We went there because my wife had ptsd attack and they talked to us for one second before refusing her care because they thought she was withdrawing. Shame on this place.
I am eternally grateful for the care I received at CSU and all of the friends and staff members I met during my stay. I had been suicidal for nearly a decade and had seen countless therapists, and to be honest had low hopes that anything else could help me at this point in my life. As a last-ditch effort I decided to visit the Crisis Center, and every day I'm glad I did. During the admittance process, the counselor, Josh, listened to me intently and took what I was saying very seriously. I was admitted to the crisis unit and it ended up being exactly what I needed. The personal care and kindness of the BHTs was very healing for me, they were extremely patient and cared about every individual in the crisis unit. I didn't feel judged, pushed, or like an annoyance (even though I was asking for water bottles and tea from the staff every 2 minutes :D). I gained so much from the group sessions provided, it had been content I was never aware of before and for me it was life-changing. Chris, Leah, and Nicole were some BHTs that are amazing at their jobs, everyone deals with your questions with alot of patience and really takes the time to listen to you and show you they care. It was a relaxing, safe place to be vulnerable (which was new for me) and I made a bunch of friends during my time there and had lots of fun...as weird as that might be to say, I really enjoyed staying there. The food was delicious and Chef Ian was accommodating to my keto diet. I will be grateful to this place and the love they gave me every single day of my life. Thank you, the work you do is priceless and you are literally saving people in their darkest hours. Much love. <3
This place is a joke.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
