Made an in person visit and was told to register online. I tried to do but was not user friendly. Tried to call office to see if I could do the paperwork in office and was told they canceled my appointment and had to wait another 2 weeks for an in office visit. They really seem to care.
Therapy team was alright at best. Doing their job. My case manager Elijah is an angel. Besides that overall this institution has caused harm to me, despite the tips on basic distress tolerance I have gleamed. The quality of care is lukewarm to bad at best. I was forced into a "success plan" that included IOP, PHP, or Inpatient or I get kicked out. I was sexually assaulted in inpatient 9 months ago. The pain I feel not only from that but the abusive medical team at inpatient in Denver Springs haunts me. By forcing me to go to a situation that is activating and horrible to even think about is nothing less than cruel. I may have gained a few things from my therapist C, but they also lied to me boldface about what this "success plan" was because it was not mandatory and was not disclosed it was basically a contract. Not a fan of this institution at all. They're only hurting someone recently heavily traumatized and abused. Maybe the most lackluster institution I've been to, and on the large scale, the distress this success plan stuff has brought on is worse than the help they've provided, C is nice and truly helpful at times, but is seemingly bumbling through sessions and their entire job having been sold a binding contract as something else. Elijah the case worker they're an angel, and the only person and service I'll truly MISS from this place. It's not quite a joke, this institution, it's more a physical manifestation of failing upwards.
Great Job! Helping people with their needs! Love the staff. LOVE the environment. Great place to work and for people in crisis!
I'd love to say that this place was helpful but it's so much more trouble than it's worth. It's hard enough to get anyone on the phone to schedule appointments or even get information on prescriptions, etc. I was seeing a therapist, then was dropped and passed to another therapist that was terrible! While I was seeing a medication doctor to manage my prescriptions I was discharged without even being contacted, so I guess I'll figure out a new doctor to prescribe the meds I need on the fly now? Called to ask about the situation and got hung up on. Terrible!
my husband took off work for his intake appointment at 3:00 and he waited a hour for them. they never called him or emailed him. when we called they said oh well you just have to reschedule. i think i know why you have such poor reviews!! and you call yourselves professionals!!!
I've had to change therapists with this company four times because they either can't seem to keep people around, or in one case because the therapist in question talked down to me like a child anytime I questioned her. My psychiatrist used to push fad diets on me and comment on my weight regularly, and she's constantly trying to strong arm me into treatments I'm uncomfortable with, things like ketamine and shock therapy. My former EMDR specialist sent me into sensory overload and didn't at all acknowledge doing it and instead made it my fault. This company has made me so distrustful of therapists and doctors that I no longer want anything to do with the entire mental health system.
Worst therapy/psychiatry clinic I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
My wife took my son in and they spent 4 Hours of waiting for 2 rounds of evaluations. Very little actual help. They will end up providing you a phone list/resources that we could have looked up on our own. My recommendation: stay in your network or take your child to the Emergency Room. The ER will run full diagnostics and labs, then refer you to a real treatment center that can actually provide help. Save yourself and your loved one some valuable time. Go to the ER or your network of specialists. If you go to the ER tell them your loved one is experiencing an Altered Mental State if they are undergoing a mental health crisis.
I needed help regarding an abusive spouse; I met with a psychologist online, who didn't talk to me at all, simply pushed me over for some D-IOP sessions. (I did NOT need them) I said up front that I simply needed someone to TALK to re: this abuse, as I hadn't shared with anyone for various reasons. I politely attended the first GROUP D-IOP online meeting (which I could tell immediately that I did not belong there) then had to literally leave my home half way through because the abuse began right there and then. But after that I didn't hear from the counselor again, not one word, not an 'are you safe?' call, NOTHING. Which is unprofessional to say the least, especially as she began our appointments saying that she had 'a good feeling that we'd get on great' and that she could help me. I'm disgusted, basically the psychologist got paid to bs me and pass me off to some class full of youngsters that I certainly didn't belong in. Thanks to this experience I'll never seek 'professional' help again.
Do not go to this pathetic office. I was discharged without being told . Apparently a letter was sent out. This is not a establishment that cares about patients or mental health . STAY AWAY !!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
