We just did our first retrieval and it was an awful experience. For what they charge you would think they would be more professional and pay attention to what they are doing. My wife was supposed to be on a shot that we had to order through a specialty pharmacy and the nurse “accidentally overlooked” putting it on her schedule. They gave her an emergency line to call if she experienced any problems. No one ever called her back and when she called the next day no one seemed to know how it worked. Worse clinic we have ever had to deal with. How do you accidentally overlook an important med when it’s your job. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Stop targeting me with your ads. Women are more than incubators, and humans are not a commodity.

This clinic failed to consider my health history & circumstance(single woman with no history of trying to get pregnant & no infertility diagnosis) & therefore did not do the proper testing prior to my transfers. I even reiterated several times, my history & my desire to do any additional testing that might be needed prior to starting. I was told that I had already done everything so I went ahead with my transfers (only had 2 embryos & I wanted more than one child, they knew this), after each one failed, they did more testing. More testing?! They straight up lied to me when I asked about testing, telling me there weren't any other tests. After the failures, I had the tests done & the results came back with TREATABLE issues, if I had done these tests before starting, I might have children right now. When speaking with the Clinic Manager, she said every doctor there would do the same thing. Withhold important treatment information from their patients. Unbelievable.

I do not recommend CCRM. There were a ton a mix ups between my wife and I. They wouldn't accept our loan payment for both of our bills because it was only in my wife's name. They would tell us it was taken care of but then when we showed up, they would present us another bill and expect us to pay. They did not communicate enough throughout the process. They recommended a specific program without informing us of all the information (i.e. if we failed the first transfer, we could no longer apply for the other program). Now that we are going to a different clinic, they are refusing to send all of our records. The business people are saying they "emailed 6 times and faxed twice" when in fact they only tried emailing the records twice and both times they emailed blank pages. The lady then said, "fine I'll try faxing but if it doesn't work this time there's nothing more we can do". False! if we request our records you legally have to give them ALL to us per HIPAA. So now they faxed my wife's records but only the first transfer, no the second one. So now we have to contact them for a 5th time to get the rest of the records. Our nurse was AMAZING! She did a great job helping us and taking care of all the problems.

The doctors are great, but billing practices are deceptive. They charged us an additional 50% more than what they told us they would, and utterly refused to correct or reverse any charges.

While the doctors and those who treat the patients are professional and courteous, the billing practices at CCRM are wholly dishonest. We were told clearly the cost of a certain package of treatment - a flat rate. THEN at check out, they charged an additional $200 (for lab fees - again, the service being part of the package, but were never told there would be an extra charge here) AND THEN we were charged an additional $325 for the consult (also part of the package, but the charge was extra and never mentioned). So whatever charge they tell you - be warned, it will be approximately 50% higher than what they quote you. And if you ask for a refund, they will outright refuse to negotiate with you and threaten to cancel services if you try.Find another medial center. CCRM takes advantage of people in a vulnerable position.UPDATE - received a call from their director. While she was far more respectful to speak to, they still insisted that they would not issue any refunds or credits based upon their own employees' miscommunication. Again, highly recommend finding another place to go and avoid CCRM. The doctors are great, but the financial department is deceptive and will not work with you. Prepare to be charged at least an additional 50% over what they tell you they will charge you, and they will not work with you.

I scheduled a consultation for next week, when I scheduled my consultation I was told that they had a referral from my doctor after I sent my health insurance card I get a call saying that they do not have a referral and that it would take 2-3 weeks to get... Are you kidding me I have emails from CCRM and my doctor confirming my referral. I called and no one took my call, they hung up on me and when I called again the lady that answered said she didn't know why someone called me, she was very rude.... Should I take this as a red flag and find a different place? If they are so unorganized when it comes to finances I can't imagine how they will be when it comes down to everything else...

After a failed IVF cycle at another local clinic, my husband and I decided to try CCRM as our last resort. From day one the experience at CCRM was far and away better than the other clinic. We felt like we were just a number at the previous clinic but everything with Dr. Schoolcraft and Kendall has been so personalized to us and we really felt like we were set up for success from the beginning. My advice to anyone considering this process is not to make it harder than it already is and start with CCRM.
