This is not a specific visit but it would take forever to get an appt. They would not see me because of Covid (I had all vaccines) so I ended up in the ER. I left the practice and now have a doctor I can see if I’m sick. Best thing I ever did!!!!!

I was scheduled for a 7:30 am physical. I arrived at 7:20am and was escorted in at 7:40 am, but not before another patient came in after me. I was checked by a nurse and waited for the doctor from 7:50 am to 8:50 am. This is the worst experience I have had here as I've been a patient at the clinic for 30 years. I will be looking for another clinic. My blood test was next door at Lab Corp. It took 6 jabs and 3 different testers to finally get a blood sample. I didn't leave the building till 10 am.!

My husband and I see Dr. Conway and find him to be a good listener, compassionate, caring and responsive to our concerns. I am so grateful to be in the care of such a caring physician. Can't recommend him and his staff highly enough. Exceptional

Did a Telehealth video session with Dr. Conway instead of annual physical until coronavirus situation is resolved. I really appreciate how he stays on top of things and is very helpful in explaining things.
