Gabrielle Lyon's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Lyon for the past year and I am so impressed by her knowledge, her work ethic and her character. I had several things going on and she was relentless in getting to the root cause, and then effectively treating me. I have so much more energy and am able to go back to being myself again, not a sick and worn-out shadow of myself. Dr. Lyon is efficient, she listens and she cares. She doesn’t just care about the physical part either; she cares about the whole person, and she sees her patient as a whole person. And her whole practice is awesome. Peter works tirelessly to make sure things run smoothly and that every test and prescription is ordered, and he is always so pleasant to work with! I appreciate that though I am not one of Dr. Lyon’s more high-profile patients, that I receive the same care and attention. I also appreciate the knowledge Dr. Lyon has on many different modalities of treatment. She can come at a situation/diagnosis from many angles and always makes sure I am comfortable with the treatment. She has a very “can do” attitude, which has been so encouraging to me. I have been to many doctors seeking help. It is difficult to find the right combination of knowledge and effective treatment. Dr. Lyon, who is able to do both, has my highest recommendation as a doctor, and as an all-around exceptional human. Love ya, Doc!

Dr. Lyon has significantly altered my life for the better. Her deep understanding of military life for not only the operator but also us spouses made me feel finally heard and on a path to wellness. Her and the team are highly responsive and truly care for their patients overall health, mental and physical. I wish I had found her years ago!

It took me years to find a doctor that was willing to listen to my entire medical history, analyze all the previous tests I had done, and holistically evaluate every possible condition that would explain how it was showing up in my body. She is patient, thorough, and on top of everything - and ultimately, is incredibly realistic when it came to developing a plan of action that would work with my individual lifestyle. She was able to reverse a diagnosis that I had thought was chronic, and I am so grateful to her for taking on my case. Since I started seeing her, she has expanded her team and her offerings to accommodate the different stages of working through a health plan, and everyone works together as a collective unit to help. I started seeing Dr. Lyon in the Summer of 2019, and 4 years later, I bittersweetly no longer have to see her - bitter because I won’t be checking in with her and her team regularly, but sweet because I am doing that much better.

Dr. Gabrielle Lyon is the most knowledgeable physician I have met. In addition to being a renowned physician, Dr. Lyon is is an expert nutritionist including on muscle centric nutrition and exercise. Dr. Lyon is the first physician who has cured my migraines and I consider this to be a miracle. There is apparently no cure for migraines however Dr. Lyon defies the norm on many levels. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Lyon for listening to my history, synthesizing the information, and prescribing her protocol. I value Dr. Lyon’s dedication to her patients and the time she gives to listening to them for each person’s symptoms are unique and thus the causes and treatments are unique. Dr. Lyon leads a practice that is rare especially today when fewer doctors are available to focus, give time and listen to patients. Dr. Lyon is delightful in conversation and I feel blessed and privileged to have met her. In addition to Dr. Lyon’s practice, Dr. Lyon provides comprehensive free knowledge via YouTube, blogs, and podcasts on nutrition, and muscle centric health which has added a new awareness and health dimension to my life. Dr. Lyon has redefined functional, and optimal nutrition and exercise which has enhanced my life.

Dr. Lyon is amazing! I was struggling with a hyperthyroid condition, and eczema that I just assumed I would never get rid of. She spent the time to investigate for the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. I feel so much better; my eczema seems to be gone for good, the hyperthyroid problem is resolving, and we’re now working on optimizing my body and health! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lyon!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Lyon & her team. After YEARS of desperately seeking answers as to why I always feel exhausted and also suffer from digestive issues, Colleen (Dr. Lyon’s brilliant PA) finally found the answers and has me on my way to achieving optimal health. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and genuinely cared about how it was affecting me. And Peter has been so fantastic. Dr Lyon is a super detail oriented doctor. She treats each patient as an individual. She addressed what I was concerned about and throughly screened my health. She gave me a clear precise view of what I needed to address. She is brilliant and very humble. She truly cares that her patients have quality and quantity of life. She is a valuable commodity in health care.. She is changing healthcare and educating patients to be advocates.I feel fortunate to work with her.

So grateful for Dr. Gabrielle 🙏🏽 I came to her extremely fatigued, feeling sluggish overall and a few unknowns in my body that were not allowing me to actually live. After just a few months I’m feeling exponentially more alive and energetic. I have been to several specialists and nutritionists. Been misdiagnosed more than once and been on multiple treatments for my autoimmune disorders. No one knows more about autoimmune disorders and importance of nutrition than Dr. Lyon and Peter. My doctors in the traditional HMO system kept trying to give me more medications and were at a loss of what to do. Dr. Lyon not only got me from barely being able to walk, in constant pain, to now walking 2 miles a day and lost over 60lbs mostly with no pain. It has been life changing!!!! I’m a whole new person. Peter is amazing with setting up all the logistics of my care and answering my questions. He and Dr. Lyon have taught me so much about nutrition and giving me delicious recipes to incorporate into my every day life. Dr. Lyon’s knowledge is so vast not only in medicine, but also in medications and nutrition. Her focus is always on improving my health and prevention of chronic illnesses in the long term. She has helped me look at medicine and medications in a whole different way. I am confident that I will reach my health goals and will be able to get off my toxic medications.
