ZERO STARS. Gerald Brown is a shell of a human devoid of empathy. He told a breast cancer warrior who he’s worked with for years that he’s surprised her husband hasn’t left her yet when referring to her physical appearance. He followed that up with a casual ‘thank god for makeup’ , and asked her not to return to the office ‘until you have hair’. If this cold ,cruel manner of communication is the way he interacts with colleagues, I shudder to think how he speaks to patients and families. I am disgusted with his callous, disrespectful and downright SHAMEFUL behavior and would NEVER recommend even my worst enemy to this poor excuse for a physician.

He is just the best doctor! We are never rushed, and he is very detailed. He has taken excellent care of us for the last 30 years. His nurse Anna is also wonderful.

Dr. Brown has been my 87 year old Mother's Physician for many years. He is kind and patient with her and her questions are always answered in a way that she understands what's happening. He and his staff are prompt with returning phone calls, giving results and being courteous and kind. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon!

This office would get zero if I could. Not only did Kristin Brown refuse to treat me for a long-standing medical condition, instead treating me as if I'm a drug seeker, they also lied to me about whether or not a vaccine I requested even EXISTED! If they don't carry something or my insurance won't cover it, that's fine. To tell somebody who knows better that a human rabies vaccine DOESN'T EXIST only serves to make the entire office appear incompetent.

I have known and used Dr. Brown for 40 years, he has always given me the time and expertise and advice that I have needed.

Dr. Brown has my internal medicine physician for almost 40 years. He's seen me through many types of crisis and has always been there with sound, wise advice. His pleasant attitude, attention to detail and has always been able to tell me precisely what options I may have to deal with any situation I have encountered with my health all of these many years from rare allergic reactions to medications to alternatives for some perplexing conditions. I can't heap enough praise on him.
